  1. Sending PDFs through text and email

    We can not send PDF's to our clients through text messaging..only images of pictures we take. Please make the text messaging capable of sending PDF documents.
    We can not send attachments with emails. For us, this defeats the purpose of sending an email. Please allow for PDFs to be attached to an email.

  3. text allowing for notification of 2 separate appointments on the same day.

    On the reminder texts that go out. We need a template for a single patient to be notified of two separate appointments in the same day in one text. e.g. John Smith has an appointment at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm on June 11th. Thank you!

  4. Text Message Seen By list

    Offices would love the ability to see which users have opened a text message so they might be able to track who failed to reply to an inbound text. It could show their initials or full name. Thank you!

  5. Fix pop up window so we can see all the message, or resize it.

    Fix your software. The message pop ups cannot be resized and right now I cannot respond to patients because only have the chat window shows up. Your support has no idea how to resolve this and recommended we send you some feedback about it.

  6. 2 day reminders

    To whom it may concern,

    We have a new text message reminder being sent out 2 business days prior to patients appointments. Everything works great until Thursday and Fridays text messages not out until the weekend. We would like to figure out a way that we can have them sent 2 business days prior to the appointment. We have a new policy in place that requires all patients to confirm 24 hours prior to the appointment or it is cancelled. We have talked to support a few times and they said that weave is not set up that way and…

  7. Auto-populated Text While Submitting Forms

    Good afternoon, after speaking with Weave customer support, our office realized that there is no easy way to create a new auto-populated text or e-mail message when creating a new form. For example, a photograph release form auto-populates a "Hi, NAME. We look forward to your upcoming visit", instead of something like "Hello, thank you for agreeing to use the photos on file."   8. Message tag notifications

    Hello, it would be helpful for our staff if we received a notification when someone tagged us in a message. I assumed that's what the program did, since we can select which people are relevant to each tag, but it does not. Thanks.

  9. Treatment Plan Reminders

    Hello! We love the automated recall messaging. Right now it is not giving us the options to do recall messages for anything other than perio and prophy related visits (including x-rays, etc.) We would love to be able to do a recall automation for patients who also have annual TMD, Sleep and Denture checkups.   10. Message templates on phone app

    It would be very helpful if the message templates were available when using the app on a phone. Several of our staff use phones exclusively, and access to those templates would increase their productivity and consistency.

    Group texting. We would be using it internally to communicate with our doctors who are on the road and have bad reception. A text makes it to them but chat may not.

  13. MOBILE VS DESKTOP

    Would be nice if the desktop and the mobile app had the same capabilities. You can see who you are sending a bulk message to and can click the patients the that you want to exclude on the mobile app but not on the desktop. You can create message templates on the desktop but not on the mobile app.

  14. Filter "Undeliverable" Text Messages

    With the new text message update, we are receiving "undeliverable" messages back from those numbers who have opted out of texts. This bogs down our messages. Every day we are weeding through 80+ messages that are "undeliverable" because they have opted out of texts, all while new texts are coming through. It is overwhelming. If there was a way to set up an automatic filter to filter those messages out so that we can take care of the more important messages, (cancellations, ordering, etc.) and get rid of those as we have time, that would be helpful.

  16. Save the date text

    Hi! We schedule patients to see the hygienist for a cleaning and then a second appointment right after that to see the doctor for either an exam or fillings or something else. Sometimes a patient was scheduled for a cleaning 3 months out and then later decides to also see the doctor afterwards to complete treatment. In both cases, the patient is getting a 'save the date" text message right after the appointment's are scheduled. The problem here is that the patient is getting two "save the date" messages... one for the first appointment and then another for the second…

  17. "Rescheduled Appointment" Reminders

    Bringing back the code that tells Weave a "rescheduled" appointment is still an appointment and needs a reminder. Our office reschedules appointments rather than cancelling and making a new one, it would be incredibly helpful if those appointments still got reminders.

  18. reminders for multiple same day appointments

    When patients have multiple appointments scheduled for the same day, when they confirm the earliest appointment, it should confirm all appointments for that day.

  19. Scheduled individual messages

    Some messages have varying intervals like medications. In other instances, the office may want to write up a discharge message in the morning and have it send out in the afternoon. Current reminders would send to too many patients, this would need to be individual.

  20. Group Texting

    Is there a way to do group texting? An office wants to involve two people from outside of weave in a message, I told him its not really a possibility and tested it with him by sending a group text to the office and to me and it showed up on my phone but not the weave app. Does weave block those or just not have the functionality of it yet?
