    Is there anyway to expand the weave desktop app? My staff and I, especially the front office users, would love and appreciate being able to make the app fit to the screen size of our monitors.

  2. Customize color for desktop app

    This new color scheme you've chosen is incredibly painful to look at long term. If we had an option to change it, even if just back to the original aqua, it would be better.

  3. Task management function

    The follow up function is a great feature but it applies to patient follow ups. There are many tasks/follow up items that staff members have to manage. Many of these are generated in team chats. However, there is no way to capture and aggregate them in Weave. This is a big miss/big opportunity. A simple integrated task management application would be a great help and big differentiator for Weave. If tasks could be linked by staff member and patient that would be ideal. But, any task management function would be a big help.

  4. Who answered/placed the call visual

    In the past under the patients phone number it showed who answered or made the phone call which was extremely helpful. But NOW it shows our telephone number. (we do not need to see our phone number) We have to click on the number to see who placed or answered the call, when it would convenient to see who answered the call over seeing our office phone number. This changed with the latest update and what we see on our call log should be available to us via the settings to make these changes ourselves.

  5. "Remind me" -- set personal reminders to complete tasks at chosen times

    In the lists, follow up section, please add a section for us to take notes about that follow-up that will not be seen by the patient. As it is currently set up, the "message" will be sent to the patient if texting is chosen. We may want to be able to take notes about what we need to talk with the patient about, and the "message" section is not appropriate for that, as it can be inadvertently sent to the patient.

  7. option to adjust time duration for time out

    Hello. Happy customer here!

    We have 11 staff in the office with 12 computers with Weave. We have been experiencing Weave logging out automatically after few hours. Our office texts our patient every 45 minutes. Sometimes texting our patients few minutes early helps when we are running behind. So, not having to log in again and waiting for it to load helps when patients are waiting to come in (We have all our patients wait in their cars).

    Can we have an option to adjust security time out feature please? It will help our office routine without interruption.

  10. Password Saved in Username

    First of all, why do I have to go through a separate email verification to create an account for feedback when I already have a weave account and am logged into the app? Second off all there is no way to clear the suggested username in the weave app. So if any team member accidentally enters their password into the username field, it is saved there and they have to change their password. This issue needs to be resolved to maintain security of patient information, because sometimes less tech savy staff have their passwords saved in the username suggestions without…

  11. stop quietly disconnecting/logging out!!!

    New update logs out in the background, causing tremendous communication issues!!!! Need a VISIBLE warning if the application is going to logout. When working on patients, the app will log out and important office chats are not received. Up front, it will log out and we don't receive texts from patients and don't even know it's disconnected until it causes a communication problem and patient backlog. THIS IS A TERRIBLE DESIGN. PLESE REMEDY!!!!!!!

  13. Customize Homescreen on Weave App

    It would be very helpful to allow us to customize the dashboard in the following ways:
    1) Allow us to re-order where the "mini apps" (phone, messages, email, Patients, etc.) are located
    2) Allow us to color code each mini-app (Green for phone, Blue for text, etc.)
    3) Allow us to hide/show the mini-apps we use/don't use (I don't personally need "Lists", "Analytics", "Payments", "Recovery Kit", "Email" to be on my dashboard taking up real-estate)

    all the new stuff is fine, It is just tiresome to constantly have to scroll up or down or sideways to see icons or other features. Please make the screen larger to accommodate your application. Thank you

  15. Refresh Weave website OVERKILL

    Weave has recently begun to constantly log us out of the website. Logging back in is NOT a quick, one-step process either. While I'm on the phone with a patient and need to check if they have answered the COVID questions; I have to put them on hold to wait for Weave to catch up!

  16. View Personal Call History in Desktop App

    In the "Recent Calls" log that shows after clicking the "Phone" section from the main screen of the desktop app, it would be amazing if there were "General" and "Personal" tabs like there are when viewing voicemails. The General tab would show the call history for the main line of the location, while the personal would show the call history for the specific phone that is synced to the desktop app.

    Tags should be in separate categories and more than one should be able to be chosen.

    Actionable vs Descriptive

    Actionable tags are removed once the action is marked complete. EX: Billing tag is marked complete, the next time the client reaches out, it doesn't have a billing tag, it can be marked as something else.

    Descriptive tags are markers to describe the client. EX: prefers calls, prefers text, difficult client. These tags are never removed and allow the staff to have a better idea how to best communicate with the client

  19. Allow text messages from Voicemail tab from non inputted new customers

  20. Wider Scroll Bar in Weave Desktop

    Is there any way to make the scroll bar in the Weave Desktop Client a bit wider? Almost all of our users find it quite challenging to find the "sweet spot" on the bar where you can scroll up and down the page.
