    I would like to have the ability to have the calls on certain days to call to the phones in the back since we do not have front desk person to pick up the phone

  2. internal extension to extension recording

    I think it would be a wise feature to be able to record extension to extension calls. We thought this feature was part of weave but apparently its not. Would like to see this implemented.

    Is there a way to change the ring tone for calls that are on hold. So we can tell the difference between the incoming calls and the on hold ring back calls?

  5. Intercom

    We would like to be able to use the intercom to ring to multiple phones (3) so that whoever is available can pick up in our optical department. Our previous phone system was able to do this, and we are finding it difficult not to have this option. (We do not want to page.)

  6. Voice Recording

    We would like implemented for our practice a outgoing voice recording feature. Currently we have a prompt that notifys all our incoming callers that "this call may be recorded", but we would like that same feature for calls we make outbound from our clinic.

  7. Multi-Voicemail Availability on App

    It would be wonderful to be able to access other mailboxes from the app. Currently, our office has a general mailbox, an Rx refill mailbox and an after-hours/emergency mailbox. Any time we get a call after hours, we get a text that redirects us to a website where we have to login every single time (twice for some reason). It is just a bit of a hassle compared to being able to check it right from the app where we can see the name of the client and everything.

  8. Fixing the "floating" hold issue

    We can have 6 to 8 calls at once.
    Our lines are labeled Hold 1 through Hold 8

    We need calls to stay on the Hold line they are first parked at throughout the duration of a call.

    Right now Mrs Smith could Call in for Dr R and be placed on hold 1 while reception looks for Dr R.

    Assume 4 calls come in at the same time (Happens daily) and the receptionist looking for Dr R picks up hold 1 and tells the client to give her a few more minutes. That call can become Hold 4 Hold…

    We just got our phones this week and I am being told that I can't change the number of rings for our closed message. There are days that I am here when we are closed and would like to be able to answer before the phone going to voice mail. It would be great if we could add a feature for that.

    Hi there! I had a few suggestions:

    -Offer more ring tones so it is easier to differentiate what line is calling in when utilizing a phone tree
    -Create a unique sound for the hold time indicator so it is not confused with an incoming call
    -Enable the phone screen to show which selection on the phone tree was pressed by the client when they call in
    -Update Stripe payments so that payout alerts/notifications can be toggled to allow those notifications to be sent via email or text (or both). This would reduce the number of text alerts coming through for…

    In our office things can get very busy very fast and one of our top priorities is to be able to answer all calls, and if we miss them we call them back ASAP. That being said, when several patients are calling at once, I'm not always able to cut off the patient I'm speaking with to switch over to the other incoming call to place them on hold.   17. Multi Phone line roll over

    We have 2 Drs in our clinic. One Dr likes his phone to be rolled over to his cell phone which causes the other Dr's phone to also roll over to him. When a new patient calls- we can't tell which line they called in on. Is is possible to have the two phone lines separate so we can roll only one number over?

  19. random family name pops up when a patient calls

    1) Phone Team - Product Owner: If family members share the same mobile number within officemate, the weave phone will randomly select a first name (not the head of household/parent) and it looks like a 4 year old is calling the office.

  20. Limit # of inbound calls

    The phones just keep ringing! Even if all our reception staff is busy and we've maxed out our holds. It would be great if it would recognize when x amount of holds are full and just cut the client off at the pass with a message telling them we're busy and please call back or text before it rings and rings in the office when no one can get to them!
