Email Marketing Suggestion
1). Weave needs to add a marketing role within the users roles so that offices can have a third party assist with the marketing and to avoid HIPPA violation. No access to patient file just emails.
2.) There needs to be a image inserts option on the campaign template where the "Content for your email goes". Having to just put one images a banner does not work.

Allow you to specify the vaccines that are due on email recall reminders.
Showing what vaccines are due is important info to include when telling clients that their pet is due for vaccines. The texting recall reminder has the ability to add this info but not on the email version.

Fix the scheduling campaign times.
When I try to schedule a campaign for next year, I get the message that says "campaign can't be schedule it for a past date".

Email Marketing Improvement
Marketing emails need to not go to spam for gmail accounts. There is a way to avoid it on other platforms (ie Demandforce). Also upload email accounts from the office software so that you don't have to upload email addressed manually each time.

Campaign Modifications
I would like to see the ability to send out email campaigns to people scheduled on certain days. Sometimes we want to get information out just to those people and it takes a long time to do it manually.

Email confirmation notification
There should be a way that we can see who confirmed via email. Maybe an email confirmation directly to our inbox instead of just having the confirmation in patterson. this will help to see who actually received the emails

Changing Timeframe for Email Marketing Filters
send messages to the unscheduled customers in a mass message so they can add them to the schedule.
***However they want an option that will not alert customers who are scheduled. The Email Marketing offers filter options to send to unscheduled customers, but only up to 30 days, then it would also send to all the customers who ARE scheduled after the 30 day mark. Do we have any solutions for this?1 vote -
New Filter Options
Dear product,
- Will we ever expand email marketing filters beyond the types we have now? AKA will we ever include operatories, practitioners, locations?
- Will we ever expand the 'scheduled' section to include more than the times it has now? (most people I've talked to really want to be able to send a message to all patients scheduled for that day including those who haven't been seen yet, similar to our bulk schedule SMS feature)

Can we view all emails that have been sent to patients? Especially auto reminders?

Customization with email - font currently looks weird when it gets email. So font customization, customization/customizable template for outgoing forms.

Unsubscribed Emails
There needs to be a way to see the list of unsubscribed individuals, so that we can remove their e-mails from our system. It doesn't make sense for it to tell me how many unsubscribed if I have no way of removing them.

Uploading attachments to more than just Weave Chat
Can we add features to upload attachments within Weave Chat, Weave Email, and the Weave Support Chat?
This way we can send items directly to clients and/or show your tech support exactly what things look like on our screen when we have issues.
It looks like this issue is partially planned through Weave Chat, but having the feature within all 3 of Weave Chat, Weave Mail, and Weave Support Chat would be best.
