  1. "Remind me" -- set personal reminders to complete tasks at chosen times

    In the lists, follow up section, please add a section for us to take notes about that follow-up that will not be seen by the patient. As it is currently set up, the "message" will be sent to the patient if texting is chosen. We may want to be able to take notes about what we need to talk with the patient about, and the "message" section is not appropriate for that, as it can be inadvertently sent to the patient.

  2. Text Writebacks Location in Dentrix

    The text writeback capability is amazing, but it is going to the wrong place in DENTRIX. (from our office's pov) The Office Journal is where we keep record of patient communication: phone calls, conversations, texts sent, etc. The Patient Notes in the Family File is for things that need to be front and center for pt appointments: fear level, isodry size, pt preferences, etc.
    Suggestion: change text writebacks to populate in the Office Journal.

  3. Allow manual name/caller ID assignment if a number is not identified in the software

    It would be nice if you would allow a custom Name/Business assignment if a match is not found in our software. When this happens, it only displays a number. If there is no match in the database, perhaps you then build a text file behind the scenes or csv file where it allows us to update or load certain numbers to match certain names. This would be great to recognize our vendors calling as they aren't listed in Eaglesoft and don't have a reference number.

  5. Call pop integration (programable button add-on)

    Many offices use patient management systems or call logging programs that don't officially integrate with weave. While we are working on getting more integrations set up in the future, it would be very useful if offices were able to have a rough integration with Weave and any program they use by having there be a programable button on their Weave Desktop client that could take them to the program or website of their choice. If it was a call logging program they wanted Weave to be connected to, it would be helpful if the button was located on the call…

  6. Tags

    Tags should be in separate categories and more than one should be able to be chosen.

    Actionable vs Descriptive

    Actionable tags are removed once the action is marked complete. EX: Billing tag is marked complete, the next time the client reaches out, it doesn't have a billing tag, it can be marked as something else.

    Descriptive tags are markers to describe the client. EX: prefers calls, prefers text, difficult client. These tags are never removed and allow the staff to have a better idea how to best communicate with the client

  7. Increase application window size

    The limit on the size you can make the application is quite frustrating at times. It would be nice to be able to increase the size to equal screen height.

  8. Not log us out so quick

    The desktop dashboard seems to log us out pretty quickly. It would be nice if it were to keep us logged in longer. It takes us longer to check a patient in when we are trying to find their paperwork.

  9. Explain Grey bubble in patient profile

    The grey bubble in the patient profile does not explain why we can't message a patient. If we could perhaps get an "i" over the bubble then hover and see a message like "this patient has no number" or "Please contact support via 18885795668" that would be much more helpful.

  10. Chromebook

    It would be so helpful if the Weave desktop app was compatible with Chromebook!! Not being able to utilize the desktop app makes it very hard to utilize the software. It would be a tremendous help in our practice.

  13. Recall email for Patient requesting appointment give more information

    We need more information when a patient clicks the button in automated recall messages to quickly determine which patient has requested to be contacted to schedule an appointment. At the moment, we only get a first and last name. But we have quite a few John Smiths, so having the phone or email in addition to the name would be very helpful!

  16. Allow text messages from Voicemail tab from non inputted new customers

    We should be able to respond to any voicemail with a text message even if the customer/patient isn't uploaded into software via CSV file

  17. Move/Choose the location of the Weave Pop-Up

    Right now, when Weave pops up -on my screen, it blocks the x box and other features of Cornerstone that I need to access. I find myself quickly ignoring the feature so I can access Cornerstone information and get the appointment set, ect.

  20. Task management function

    The follow up function is a great feature but it applies to patient follow ups. There are many tasks/follow up items that staff members have to manage. Many of these are generated in team chats. However, there is no way to capture and aggregate them in Weave. This is a big miss/big opportunity. A simple integrated task management application would be a great help and big differentiator for Weave. If tasks could be linked by staff member and patient that would be ideal. But, any task management function would be a big help.
