    send reviews to multiple people rather than just one at a time. this was a feature but it has been removed after an update. very annoying to have to send the reviews out individually

    It would be very helpful if there was a direct link from the patients' reviews (not the Google or FB) to the patient's text option so it would be easy to respond to their review! :)

  4. Auto review texts should not send to patients that have not showed.

    The previous post about this is marked completed, but my review texts are still sending to patients that are not showing up. Your support team was contacted this morning and they told me that it queues an hour before the patient's appointment so therefore if the patient is confirmed one hour before the scheduled appointment time they will get a message no matter what. We don't know the patient is not going to show up until AFTER the appointment. Queueing before the actual appointment time isn't actually functionable.   5. #DND# Option for Reviews

    The ability to bypass review requests sent to patients who were unhappy with their visit. Oftentimes these reviews are left by disgruntled patients who did not have a bad experience, but rather did not understand something or are upset about something outside of the control of the office. Would be nice to be able to add #DND# to the appointment exclusion type.

  6. middle name

    Please add patient middle names so that we can differentiate between patients that have the same name. When I'm looking at our Eaglesoft software, it includes a middle name and if I had the middle name in Weave, I could differentiate without having to go into the patient's chart to find out their age.

  10. Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button

    Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button that says "Write Recommendation" so it is is more obvious to customers of what to click on (ie. "Write Facebook Recommendation" or "Write Google Recommendation")

  12. private reviews

    It would be great to be able to have the private feature option be at the top even if google and facebook are linked. Clients are hesitant to submit a public review or don't have a google/facebook account. Since it's not at the top, it can be easily disregarded.

  13. Modify Review Request verbiage per patient.

    We should be able to modify the verbiage for review requests on a per patient basis, similar to how text to pay requests can be changed prior to being sent. This would be specially helpful if we'd like to request reviews from patient in different languages or to personalize the request to the experience.

    Is there a way to create Review invitations in spanish? As of right now it looks like the invitations are only sent in English, even to our patients that have Spanish as their preferred language in Weave.

    Currently review requests are only sent if a client confirms the appointment. Majority of our clients do not confirm but still show up and therefore do not get review requests. We need a way to have review requests sent to every client with an appointment confirmed or not (with the exception of if it was cancelled or rescheduled).

    This office has multiple Review sites beyond Google and FB that are important for them and their industry for reputation. They'd love for Weave to be able to partner with those sites as well or to have a way to use Weave Reviews to direct traffic to those sites. Their big ones are HealthGrades, Vitals, and Yelp.

  20. Desktop App Review Analytics Needs UI overhaul

    If you go to the Reviews Analytics in the desktop app (clicking on Reviews, then clicking on the top button with the total # of reviews) the charts at the bottom are not legible. All of the charts (Number of Reviews, Replies, Invitations, etc...) have the label "Jan" repeated across the entire X-axis with no year or date indicators. If you hover over the line data, there is text but it is white so it is not legible against the background. You can only tell there is text if it briefly appears to contrast against the think line graph color.
