Add more filter options to the messaging system
We should be able to view/sort by recent unread messages. This should have been a default feature, as I've never used a chat system that did not have this. There are a lot of messages that are being missed due to this not being already included.
Customized filter options would be great too, similar to how you can add custom tags.

Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level
Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level - ability to turn on or off this function in User Management. Would like capability to turn it off if needed and the ability to audit text messaging between team members either thru the desktop app or via some reporting capability.

reminders for multiple same day appointments
When patients have multiple appointments scheduled for the same day, when they confirm the earliest appointment, it should confirm all appointments for that day.

Initials on actionable to all for text messages
As an administrator it would be nice to be able to see who moves text messages from actionable to all. We have had a few instances where the message is marked completed and moved to all but the client was not fully helped.

auto messaging technical error with Eaglesoft
Within Eaglesoft we have several patients who are linked together, whether they're husband and wife, parent and children or adult and elderly parent. Weave is supposed to be pulling the "cell phone" number for the text message reminders but there have been times where weave is showing they are texting the opposite person of who it was actually sent to.. for i.e.: text reminder was sent to wife's "cell phone" correctly for appointment reminder but weave shows the text was sent under the husband's name. Please have Weave only pull from the "cell phone" column for text messages automatically or…

Template Autofill - Pet's Name
When creating templates for text messages to clients, one of the autofill options is "pet's name," which automatically selects the first listed patient or "pets' names," which lists every pet. However, since most clients have more than one pet, it would be nice to be able to message from a selected pet (instead of just the client) so that it could autofill their specific name.

reminder day before for early appointments
Currently the "same day" reminders go out 2 hours before the appointment, When the patient has a 7 am appointment its tough to get a reminder at 6:30 ( that seems to be the earliest time allowed ) It would be great to have appointment reminders for the 7 am's sent at 6pm the night before.

Quick Glance for Sent Appointment reminders
Previously on Weave you could look at the schedule for the next day and see who was notified via text (they had a message bubble next to there name), if you needed to call because they had a landline (had no message bubble), or they opted out of text messaging(had an X in the message bubble). I think that was a great tool that was helpful for us to get those alternative notification out to those patients if needed.

Favorite templates
We would like to be able to have each user "favorite" SMS templates so that when they go to send a template, their favorites are at the top of the list, instead of having to search to find them.

Toggle for failed text messages
Add the ability to turn on or off if an office would like "message failed to send" texts to appear in the Actionable tab. It is handy for us (and maybe others) to be able to address the red text messages. We may need to hand call the patient or follow up with them in some way. With the current change to move all red messages to "All" we lose those texts being easily seen and addresed.

Incoming message notifications by Department
We should be able to, by user, on the mobile + desktop app be able to set message notifications AND the red badge on the icon to show by department. My billing departments and on-call doctors do not want to be notified for messages in the Main Line and vice-versa.

Filter by tags and new
You should be able to filter your messages by tag(s) AND new, untagged messages, instead of having to check either tags or new messages at a time. For instance my reception team I want to see the "Scheduling" tag and some of their individual ones, but also to see all new incoming messages so that they can tag those accordingly.

SMS/Tags notification badge
If you have your Messages inbox filtered by tags and/or departments, you should only receive a notification badge (the red 1 that shows up on the icon) for the messages inside of those filters. Otherwise it's very confusing and requires frequent checks just to see if there's really something there for you.

Have tags notify the assigned person desktop+mobile app
When you assign a tag to a message, the person/people assigned to that tag should receive a notification (like a call pop or like a team chat does) that informs them that a message was tagged for them. Right now we each have to check daily to see if we were tagged in anything, which is very slow for patient communication.

Code to use to exclude appt reminders/confirmation communication
Our previous software had the capability to recognize a code at the beginning of our appointment descriptions that would cue the software to NOT send appt reminders/confirmations/etc. For example, we take patients to a surgery center for some treatment. Those appts involve a lot of moving pieces and we don't want patients to get notifications at all. So we have always been able to add the prefix "PNA" to the appt descriptions.
