  1. Disable or Change "Schedule Appointment" Button for Recalls

    Please allow the ability to disable the "Schedule Appointment" button on recalls. Alternatively, allow the ability to direct the patient to our online scheduler (add a target URL). The problem is patients are clicking on this and now have to wait for a call from the office. This is extremely inefficient.

    Just like how you can see all the text messages being sent to a patient. We need one for emails too. We need to see the actual email being sent with the date stamp, time stamp, who sent it, and was it deliver or not.

  3. Have the date range on the filter be open-ended "in the last 30 days" instead of specified

    Right now I have to specify the date range for the patient's last visit, meaning I'll have to edit the filter each time I create a campaign. If it was changed to "in the last 30 days", then I wouldn't have to go back in and change the filter each time I use it.

  4. Notification of Appointment Confirmations by Email

    The Weave confirmation system can be unreliable. Patients have told us numerous times they have confirmed via email, but it is not recording the confirmation. We know this because patients get sent a SMS that specifically emphasizes they have not confirmed yet for an upcoming appointment. We use to get emails notifying us of appointment confirmations and while that was a lot of additional email fluff, that suddenly stopped sometime around February 2023 and was replaced with no feature to check on confirmation email interactions.     The photos for campaigns are terrible! Most don't pertain to dental offices or holidays. This is truly having us look into other companies to switch to as we used to use campaigns with practice mojo often and we are not happy with what weave has to offer.

    Under Campaigns there is not a good selection of photos in your gallery for dental offices. When we were with Practice Mojo they had end of the year benefit "use it or lose it" photos, Christmas, Season Greetings, New Year and all the other holidays. Please add more of a selection.

  7. Please let us have a Call To Action button for appointment requests.

    As I am in the middle of drafting an email campaign for the upcoming holiday season. I was looking for a way to have the "Call To Action" button at the bottom of my email perform an action similar to what is on the annual routine exam reminder. That if a patient clicks on the link it would notify the office (via email etc) that the patient would like a call back to schedule an appointment.

    I am a little surprised that isn't already an option. Considering the emails Weave already sends on my behalf already have it. I just…

  8. Patient Appointment Request Emails Need Identifying Information

    We have patients who have the same name. How do we know which patient is contacting us. The email does not contain enough info to find the right patient, and we do not which to look stupid.

  9. Provide access to client email preferences - similar to Text Communication Preferences

    We would like to be able to see/edit email communication preferences the same way we can for text communication preferences. We would prefer that the email has more options than just an all or nothing opt out.

    As an example, we have some clients that have horses stabled in a large facility where the manager handles their veterinary appointments. The owners have no need of recall or appointment reminders, but we still want them to get marketing emails. We would also need to be able to re-enable those clients should they choose to move their horses elsewhere. Thank you!

  10. Allowing multiple insurance type filters

    The campaign filters allow insurance type but we can only make one selection. This doesn't work when the insurances are divided by state. We need to be able to select multiple.

    Email marketing advanced filters and formatting requests:
    - allow more format options for the campaign so offices aren't limited to their campaigns all being the same general structure
    - not require a header if office wouldn't like one
    - enable the ability to do hyperlinks and not have to create a button for linking to everywhere they want to send their patients.

  12. Birthday message template should not be a Weave ad

    For reminder (e.g., birthdays) emails, those should be editable - at least to some degree. Currently, the "Email provided courtesy of Weave" is way too large - it's as large as the main text - and it strips away any sincerity by turning a birthday message into Weave spam. Everyone knows they are automated but we do not need to blast and confirm that.

    This email serves equally as an advertisement for Weave which I feel is in poor taste. It feels like Weave is using us to get their name out there, when these are our hard-earned patients, not…

    It would be really helpful to be able to see what email addresses were sent the email campaigns. I have had multiple patients argue that they never received our blast emails but I have nothing to prove that they were sent.

  19. Categorizing Automated E-mails

    Currently, I receive an e-mail anytime a payment is ran through Weave. I tried to unsubscribe to these, but if I do, then I don't get notified about any of my voicemails.
    The "payment received" e-mails are honestly clogging up my work e-mail, and making it hard for me to get other work done, but I really do need to be notified if I get a voicemail message. So it would be fantastic if there's a way to "turn off" the automated "payment received!" e-mails without turning off e-mails from Weave altogether.

  20. Email Marketing Suggestion

    1). Weave needs to add a marketing role within the users roles so that offices can have a third party assist with the marketing and to avoid HIPPA violation. No access to patient file just emails.

    2.) There needs to be a image inserts option on the campaign template where the "Content for your email goes". Having to just put one images a banner does not work.
