  1. Please fix Weave Voicemail menu.

    Please, PLEASE fix the menu for checking Voicemail messages. It is very frustrating and time consuming to deal with. Happens whether we have only 10 voicemails or 40. Whenever you click on a voicemail to view the transcript or see more information, the screen autoscrolls up and down on it's own, registers as if you clicked on another voicemail no where near the one you want to open. When you delete a voicemail, it will load the transcript from an unrelated message into another voicemail that has nothing to do with it. It's just very time-consuming to check Voicemails this…

  2. Call History Clearing

    In the desktop app and mobile apps please allow users to archive calls similar to the way texts are handled. This will not only clear visual distractions but will allow up to empty the "inbox".

    Or, once a missed call is returned, create an indicator to show it was returned or a way to create an internal note on the thread would be helpful as well.

  4. Enable Short Code

    WEAVE isn’t compatible with short code numbers, which are usually the verification codes. We have many vendors using our office number. With WEAVE not being short code compatible, we do not receive verification codes - this would help us tremendously

  6. Multiple Overrides

    Please add a feature where we can set up multiple overrides on start/stop schedules so we can adjust for intermittent as well as extended closures/changes to scheduling in advance. Being able to set it and forget it during business hours before the planned closure/change would be most helpful vs having to make changes via the app on personal time. For unexpected changes, that's absolutely fine but when there are planned closures/changes, it was sooooo nice that our old system allowed us to set those up in advance.

  9. Emergency After hours calls, we need to be able to see calls that came in, if no messsage was left

    On Saturday 2/24, a call came in at 7:30 am, but there was no record of it. The patient pressed a button, to get to the on call doctor, me, however I never received the call, it went right to voice mail. I did not see the VM till monday 2/26. I was in the office on Saturday, and my people look for messages, as well as who called in. The patient had an emergency, and was leaving town next day. I did not get the call, and the patient probably thinks I am an uncaring practice, which no doubt…

  10. emergency voicemail

    We would like to have access to the emergency voicemails on the desktop application. We have been requesting this feature for over a year. For a brief time yesterday, this feature was avaiable but it quickly was removed. As you can see in this screenshot, we had a drop-down option to select between our regular voicemail box or the emergency. We would really appreciate having this option avaiable again.

  12. Call Pop Caller Was Forwarded Info

    Call Forwarding Location ID -

    We have two locations. Both use the same phone number, and our patients choose from a phone tree to talk to which facility they want. We have it set that if a patient calls our original location (option 1) and the call isn't answered, it is forwarded to our Cedar Park location. I'd like to add on the Call Pop info for that caller, some indication this caller tried the original location first and it was forwarded.   14. Activity Monitor (DND/On the Phone)

    Our office uses the call queue feature. When we are unavailable to take calls on the phones that are included in this group we have to use DND to keep calls from ringing through from the queue. A feature that can show other users in the office which devices are on DND vs. On the phone so others calling know if we are on a call or if we are away from our desk

  15. Accessing personal voicemail remotely

    There is currently no way to check personal voicemails from outside of the office. This is one of the most basic of features that is available on every phone system around the world, yet on Weave you can't do it.

    Especially since COVID and remote work became more mainstream.

    The mobile app only allows you to access the office's main voicemail. Why would every staff member need or be concerned with that?

  16. Missed call text over holiday

    Hello. The options for communicating with patients over the Holidays are very helpful. Thank-you. It would be nice to be able to have an option to have the "closed" missed call text to go out without having to change our office hours to closed and then change it back when we return. Thank-you

  17. Send notifications when a forwarded voicemail arrives in the voicemail box.

  18. VMO/Forward Toggle (Fast Overrides)

    We want to have the VMO toggle brought back. It is very ineffective to constantly have to make a new override whenever we want to put the phones going straight to voicemail for lunches. We have our lunches at different times. Bring this feature back.

  19. Create a default office profile for when users have not signed in yet.

    When a user does not sign in it writes back in the call log incorrectly with the last user that was signed in on that computer. Therefor call logs are not accurate.
    Our office staff do not have set desks so if they are answering a call and they have not signed in yet it assigns the last person who logged in on that computer. Even if they have already logged out.
