  1. Time in 24-hour format

    For setting like Office Hours, either use a 24-hour format or allow users to choose that format to avoid AM/PM mistakes.

  2. More super admin ability to change user info

    Super admin should be able to edit all users information. For example changing names as different persons come in and out of the office. We have some generic emails we use for the front desk or office so team members don't have to use personal emails.

    None of this information shouldn't be able to be changed, Name, phone number, email.

  3. call recording

    The call recording toggle on and office is very easy to accidently click on the desktop app and the mobile app. My thought is that it should live within the admin portal only. I cannot foresee an office regularly flipping this feature on and off. I accidently flipped it off when we had a late start due to weather and it took over a week to notice. Of course, the reason I noticed is because I needed to hear something a patient said and now have no record of this conversation. I am spoiled and need that call recording! Thank…

  4. Recorded call permissions

    I need to be able to give certain users abilities to listen to recorded calls but I DO NOT want users to be able to delete recorded calls unless they have the proper permissions. For example. Phone manager should be able to listen to recorded calls but not delete. Deleting recorded calls should be Admin permission only

  5. Custmizable User Roles/Permissions

    Roles & Permissions needs to be customizable. Period. Weave deciding for us what employees should and shouldn't have access to isn't best practice.

    Features in the Team Member role, the lowest permission group you can give someone, has access to way too many options and features.
    Super Admin role should be able to decide which features each permission group has access to in order to customize how their individual office runs.

    Ideally there would be a tab in the dashboard for Super Admins only that can control permission groups with radials or toggles to all features so we can control…

  6. Team Member Permissions

    General Team Member permissions are WAY too broad and inclusive. There need to be better levels of restrictions for a general user who is just answering phones and responding to texts.

    A general user should NOT be able to do the following:

    -Read/Respond to reviews
    -Send Text/Email blasts
    -Edit Reminder settings
    -Edit recall settings
    -Edit Automated messages
    -Create Text to Pay requests

    I am sure there are others, but these are the ones we've faced already in the short time we've been on Weave.

    Office should be able to create their own permission group settings.

  8. Manually Modify User Passwords and Login Audit Trails

    I would like to be able to reset the password of a user without sending a reset email, I should be able to set a password through the admin portal and an email be sent notifying the user for security can be sent. I also would like login audit trails for failed attempts and IPs where a user is logging in.

  9. User (employee) login history and reporting - Security Monitoring

    There is no way to monitor for unauthorized access to Weave. Would be very useful to see login and password change history for users.

    It would be even more useful to schedule these reports to be emailed periodically and even more useful to set up rules in order to detect unexpected activity. For example, if Weave is accessed in the off-hours or from IP address not previously used.

  10. MFA (multi-factor authentication) for desktop, mobile or portal login

    I suggested this feature a few years ago but it seems that it hasn't been picked up. Weave provides access to medical records and works in a highly sensitive HIPAA environment. Multi-factor authentication support is a must to prevent attacks against employees.

    Should a user account be compromised resulting in health data exfiltration, the responsibility will fall on Weave if it fails to provide minimum reasonable protection against ATO (account takeover) attacks.

  11. Allow team users to be inactive not deleted

    I would like to have team users be active, inactive or deleted. Eg. when staff take a leave of absence but will be back, Maternity etc.

  12. Remove sign in button for training.

    When a user signs out of the training site then clicks sign in, it takes them straight in using their portal cookies.
    The staff was trying to log into a different account. But they couldn't because the cookie logged them in automatically.
    While it does make this easier for staff that are already logged in, it's harder when they need to switch accounts.

  14. adding and changing breaks on the app

    When we change the hours on the app we need to be able to add the break. We used to be able to do this and that option is gone. Ex- we closed for memorial day, when i changed the hours to open again, i could not add the break, i had to go to the portal. This is incredibly inconvenient and way to many steps. Before it only took a couple of clicks. Now I have to go to the portal, log in, get to the area to make the change. It is too many steps!!!.

  16. Voicemail and text notifications

    On the app when you are in the voicemail section, we should be able to search for a phone number. Or have a little icon pop up that shows how many times the same numbered called. Or when people call and leave a voicemail but also send a text message, could you have a little alert that shows how many voicemails there are? That way we don't have to scroll one by one through the voicemails.

  17. Restrict access to listen to recorded calls

    I would like the ability to restrict who can listen to recorded phone calls to a singular role. We don't want our site leads to have access to that but we want them to be able to do everything else.

  18. Stay logged into app

    The app (desktop and mobile) automatically logs users off. PLEASE make a way where we stay logged in so we don't have to keep logging in throughout the day to check messages. We don't have time to keep logging in!!

  20. Quickfill upgrades

    The Quick fil list: We should be able to add tags. and search those tags. So add tags for patients that want morn, or tags for patients that only want certain days.
    Also it would be nice to be able to print the quickfil list with names, numbers, and notes.
