Please enable Weave to create patient lists by certain filters in the contact fields. For example, if there was a specific field in each contact called "List Tag, etc" we could label a certain group of patients by filter to send messages to without running a report every time from our EHR.

Business text line for contacts
When we create a new contact, please add a text line to put the Business name. It would be especially helpful if we can only put the business name and not have the first and last name required. We use Weave to fax reports to other healthcare providers and it is easier to save the contact information for a clinic rather than a specific doctor.

Archive Voicemail records
I would like to be able to save/archive Voicemails under Client History where the would stay after deleting/removing from the Voicemail box so we keep records especially when a client calls to say they left a voicemail to cancel an appointment we've marked as a no show.

Secondary Numbers
It would be great to have the option to text a secondary number on the account. We have cornerstone and from what I gather, if there is more than on Cellular number on the account you can only text the primary number. All other numbers that are listed under cellular will not show up on weave. You can search the secondary number under weave and the account will show up, but it will not show any numbers other than the primary. Basically what I am saying is please have all phone numbers that are in your PMS to reflect in…

Adding Contacts through Text Message on Desktop App
Adding/saving contacts on the computer and not just through the mobile app. Not sure why on the app I can save a contact through a text message but not on the computer.

Inactive status patients need reminders too please and thank you ;)
We are an orthodontic practice who have many "inactive status" patients who call years after because of a broken or lost retainer who need to come in one time for an appointment and their status is not changing but they still need to get reminders of their appointments. We would also like the option of looking them up if we want to. Why is the option to toggle it on and off if we can't see them either way? :(

Notification for separate Parents
I believe the feature for children notifications is underwhelmed.. i see it being beneficial for both parents to receive their children's appointment reminders, notifications, etc. Say example the parents are divorced, if only one parent is listed on the account for the children how would the other parent be in the loop? This seems to be somewhat of a flaw.

Customize family module for communication purposes
The family module currently pulls according to what it shows in the office's PMS but sometimes the family will want a different person named as the Person of contact on behalf of their family. It would be wonderful if we could customize their family module in Weave! Especially so that when sending forms on behalf of a dependent through the patient profile you can influence who will actually be sent the link.

Search patients by date of birth
It would be nice to be able to search patients by their date of birth instead of their last name in the contacts section in the event of adding a patient manually who may have changed their last name / this would reduce the potential to accidentally create a duplicate profile, especially for people who change their name after getting married.

This office has a large patient base that speaks Spanish, but also major population of Filipino patients that speak Tagalog. They were hoping for the possibility of someday having additional language templates available in Weave to be used.1 vote -
Printing Quick Fill
It would be great if we had the ability to print our quick fill with the notes and phone number for patient. This way, we could keep track of appointments that were offered.

The option to change reminders language is completely gone.
The patient profile had a gear icon on the top right corner which allowed for the language preference for reminders to be changed. The icon is now gone, and so is the option to change the patients preferred language. This occurred after the new update.

Populate ALL Same Name Patients
When we search for patients with the same last name only a few options come up. We would like to see ALL patients with the same last name.

Call Pop feature in office software vs. Weave App
While the "call pop" feature within Weave is helpful, we were under the impression from the demo we received that the call pop would be integrated with our office software and the patients chart would pop up when we receive a call. Unfortunately, due to needing to have several tabs open when we have patients call the call pop shows in the top right corner and is often not easily seen when answering the call.

Enable the Birthday field by Default
When setting up a new contact it would be nice if the Birthday field was already enabled by default rather than having to click "+ Add Field" and selecting birthday to add it to their information.

Note field on Contacts
Please add a note field when creating / editing a contact. Sometimes its nice to have notes about a patient before calling / texting them. Things like preferred name vs legal name, pronouns, etc.
