Customize Homescreen on Weave App
It would be very helpful to allow us to customize the dashboard in the following ways:
1) Allow us to re-order where the "mini apps" (phone, messages, email, Patients, etc.) are located
2) Allow us to color code each mini-app (Green for phone, Blue for text, etc.)
3) Allow us to hide/show the mini-apps we use/don't use (I don't personally need "Lists", "Analytics", "Payments", "Recovery Kit", "Email" to be on my dashboard taking up real-estate)I did a mockup so you can see what I mean.

Text to pay expiration notice
Text to pay invoices now expire after 30 days. Is it possible to have some sort of notification for us if it expires unpaid? That would be more useful than having an extra 30 or 60 days- if they haven't paid by 30 it's not likely they'll pay by 89!

Turn off text messaging for specific users
I want to be able to toggle calling/texting capabilities on and off in the mobile app for my employees

Bulk text for only certain patients on schedule
Would love to be able to go into schedule and highlight or check certain patients that need to have a bulk message sent to them. Example: Patients that need a medical update form.

Paging adapter (algo 8301) support
I would like to see official support for a paging adapter (we have the Algo 8301 per Weave's recommendation a few years ago) so that we can keep using it without difficulty.

Employee Schedule
It would be great to have an employee calendar that we can all make changes to in order to track who is working which days. That way if a trade is needed or a replacement is needed it can be posted or our office manager can be notified of a change in the daily schedule of employees. This would be super helpful for vacations as well.

Adding Contacts through Text Message on Desktop App
Adding/saving contacts on the computer and not just through the mobile app. Not sure why on the app I can save a contact through a text message but not on the computer.

line key customizations (the bottom ones)
Hello love the new line key customizations wondering if the bottom 4 buttons could be added for complete control for example allowing some phones to have the page feature but others not.

Tags
Tags should be in separate categories and more than one should be able to be chosen.
Actionable vs Descriptive
Actionable tags are removed once the action is marked complete. EX: Billing tag is marked complete, the next time the client reaches out, it doesn't have a billing tag, it can be marked as something else.
Descriptive tags are markers to describe the client. EX: prefers calls, prefers text, difficult client. These tags are never removed and allow the staff to have a better idea how to best communicate with the client

forms as out-of-visit option
We utilize forms in a way that's not attached to a visit. This is only an issue in that it auto populates a message that never applies to our use case and we end up doing a lot of copying an pasting which leaves room for frustration at the least and an error at most. It would be nice to attach a specific form to a visit type or to allow the forms to stand alone. I see a use for both.

When people call and leave a voicemail or text
When people call and leave a voicemail but also send a text message, could you have a little alert that shows how many voicemails there are and texts. And we can filter the voicemails to look for just that specific number just like the text. That way we don't have to scroll one by one through the voicemails.

Make the forms link a hyperlink in e-mails
When I sent forms via e-mail they have to copy and paste the link, it does not show up as a hyperlink. Please fix this.

Impromed: Have clients phone numbers update in weave faster.
We have it where a client will update their number when they drop off their animal to be looked at. We update it in ImproMed but weave doesn't update that client's number until overnight, so when their animal is ready to be picked up later that day we cannot text them like we would like. It would be great for modified and new phone numbers to update faster in weave.

Fix the scheduling campaign times.
When I try to schedule a campaign for next year, I get the message that says "campaign can't be schedule it for a past date".

More info on Appointment Requests
It would be very helpful if we had a tab on appointment requests for patients to input additional information, other than their phone number and email address. If we had a tab where patients could input what insurance they have, we could avoid cancelling appointments, and scheduling errors.

Ability to update billing email address on portal
I'd love the ability to edit my billing email address. It should be a clickable/editable field in the Account/Billing section. Instead I need to call and speak with someone, spending both your time and my time on something that could be a quick click.

Appointment details integrate with Avimark
We love that the schedule shows the appointment times and practitioner but we really need it to show the appointment notes as well. Example - recheck, puppy vaccines, spay, etc.
