  3. Earlier Appt. Time Reminder

    With our lighthouse system, we were able to add + to the appointment reason and light house would tell the patient 10 minutes earlier than the Dentrix scheduled appointment. This is very useful to compensate for chronically late patients.We desperately need this or an equivalent solution for weave patient reminders!

    Dear Weave Customer,

    We are glad to inform you we are beta testing a new variable in our text appointment reminders. The “Appt Time 15 Early” variable will include a time 15 minutes earlier than a patient is scheduled for in the reminder (ex: 10:30 appointment will display 10:15 in the reminder).

  4. Phone in Use Notification

    I would really like to be able to see other coworkers who are on the phones. Whether that is a new phone showing which phone is in use or a light bar on the side that highlights phones in use. I dont care its just nice to know when we need to answer quickly because someone else is on the phone.

  8. same day notifications if appt is cancelled

    We have noticed that if a patient cancels an appointment on the same day that they still receive text notifications as if they are still scheduled. This is very confusing for the patient.

    The recently-released new automated messaging system should be handling this scenario better now - as long as the appointment is canceled in the PMS and the information syncs over to Weave 15 minutes before the message is sent, we should catch these more consistently now. If you see anything to the contrary, please share the example with our Support team so they can troubleshoot.

  9. Team Chat Improvements on iPad

    Our office uses Ipads as a big part of our day to day duties. We have come to find out that unfortunately the product does not work properly on ipads. Specifically the team chat function which is highly used in our practice and would be very beneficial to improve our communication between areas quicker than having to hunt someone down on foot. If you could please look into fixing this it would be great!

    Thank you all for your trust and patience. We've made several improvements to the Weave app to make it work reliably on the iPad, too. Please reply to this email or share your feedback directly in the Weave app if you're facing any issues.


    Also, I'm happy to share that a reimagined, web app version of Weave is now available for an invite-only preview. You will be able to use Team Chat and other features like contacts, messages, calls and reviews on any device (including iPad) with a compatible web browser.   10. Texting Data Reports

    I would like to be able to run reports on the texting feature to get a better idea of the utilization. The call data is great, and if we could get something similar for the texting feature, that would be very helpful!

  11. OPTING OUT & CANCEL

    We are having a lot of trouble with our patients using the word "Cancel" when responding to auto reminders. If they use this word, it OPTS THEM OUT of Weave. This is not intentional, and it causes a lot of extra work and hassle for the patient and out staff. Please don't allow this word to be identified with an OPT OUT. The word CANCEL should be matched to appointments.

  12. Integration with Dentrix Ascend (WeavePlus)

    Hi Developers team,

    We have switched over to Dentrix Ascend cloud base application and Weave doesn't work to integrate with DA but partially with CSV file is there a way that we can fully integrate with DA at all current location and other 23 in pipeline.

  13. Delete phone calls in log

    The phone conversation recording is an excellent feature. However it would be helpful if the administrator users were able to delete phone calls that were of a sensitive nature. We have phone calls that are not office related and are related to various organizations our dentists are a part of. However, when these calls are made and business meetings held on the phone at the office they are recorded. We need to have the ability to delete these.

  14. Different auto-text appointment reminders for different types of appointments (new patients, contact lens follow-ups, pre-appoints)

    It would be very nice to be able to send different appointment reminder messages to different categories of appointments. For example, send a auto-reminder to contact lens follow-ups with a reminder to "please wear your contact lenses for your appointment". Another example, have a separate/different auto-text for appointments marked with the category as "pre-appoints" so we could say something specific for those people like "we see it is time for your annual eye exam and we have pre-appointed a tentative date and time for you".

    We have recently released some enhancements to our appointment reminders. You can now set them up to send to patients with a certain appointment type or who see a specific provider. This should allow you to provide pre appointment instructions as needed.

  17. Patients that are scheduled are on the overdue patient list

    I just realized that your over due patient list doesn't take away patients that ARE scheduled. So now I have to filter through all of my patients to even see if they're scheduled so I'm not bothering someone that actually IS scheduled.

    Contact history, including call logs, can be viewed by selecting History in the Patient Details screen.

  19. Make Persist Fax Memo optional

    Persistent Fax Memo-
    Please make this optional. We do not like this feature as we do not send the same memo to any outgoing faxes. It has created confusion with some recipients as they received a message that didn't apply. Additionally, I believe this creates greater possibility for HIPAA violations. Compounding the problem is the fact that the entire memo is not displayed in the app if it is longer than just a few lines. It becomes possible to delete only a portion of a previous memo leaving inaccurate or sensitive information on the subsequent fax.

  20. Fax OVERHAUL

    This fax system needs a complete overhaul. Medical office have no option for the common HIPPA compliance notification. This has to be done every time a fax is sent. Impossible to get large faxes to send. Cannot search for fax numbers sent or received in the desktop app. Cannot name common used fax numbers for future use, or store then for this purpose. It seems like the bare minimum
