Please make mass texting/emailing available!! It is a HUGE help to communicate openings in the schedule and end of year info/reminders. PLEASE!!!

Good Afternoon, I have two suggestions for Weave that would improve the quality really well.

1. The mass email and text system should be introduced so that we can send social media campaigns, auto-reminders etc. to our patients in one click.

2. While texting a draft (Without a reciever's number) in the compose area if there is an incoming call the draft would disappear and will not be saved. This causes a huge waste of time. So, please look in to this matter.

I started with Weave a year ago and was promised that I would have the ability to do campaigns (send a mass text or email to a group of patients in my practice to anounce something special). We are coming up on the end of the year and I would like to send out a "use it or lose it" campaign to my vision care insurance pts but you have not yet made that active. Why not? and When?

Send out mass texts to patients, but also be able to filter age, procedures, etc for special promotions. Ex: back to school promotions, promotions for crowns (for people who need/have had them done), etc.

Would also be willing to Beta test when it reaches that stage.

Would love to be able to privately blast a text out to patients by grouping such as the day, the week, active, etc. Example: All patients with appointments on Halloween day to encourage them to come in costume for extra Reward points.

When I signed up for weave I thought you could send out mass email's and text to patients. If we need to cancel a day because of bad weather or want to send out a newsletter we need this function. If this isn't an option we may need to figure something else out.

Sending out customizable email/text blast to all pts

Hello, I just spoke with someone in your support team. I was inquiring about mass messaging our patient with Holiday Greetings or office specials. Your support team member said that its not currently offered. How long till this is a feature of Weave? Do you have any suggestions for sending mass messages to our current patients?

We also have solution reach and we still have them because we like how we can send out a mass newsletter. That would be nice to have on weave. We dont like using both apps

Mass text and email feature inorder to compile a list for example "benefits left over for the year". This could be as simple as a copy and paste of patient names to make custom lists or an integration with open dental for custom lists.

I would love to see a customizable"mass" text option in order to fill a last minute opening in the schedule. One where I could create a message once but send to multiple patients.

Would love to be able to send the same text out to mulitple patients at one time instead of having to open each patient, copy and paste message and hit send on each one. Would be nice to be able to select certain patients from an overdue list and then type one message and hit send and it send to all that we added to that list.

It would be really helpful if we could send a mass message to overdue Patients. Also when searching by a month, if a calendar could appear to go to the month that is needed.

The eventual mass email/texts was one of the reasons I went with Weave. Even though the salesperson said it was not available "yet", it was one of the features that would become available soon.
