Have the text out number the same as your office number!

we used to have DemandForce- they allowed us to send out bulk emails or texts to patients -ie holidays, we have a "best of dentist" one time a year- "remember to use your benefits....things like that....

Marketing is huge, marketing by text is inexpensive. Put them together and Weave will be so far above anyone else. Complete awesomeness. What I suggest is make a way for me to create texting list inside of weave for particular type of pts. Those who need implants, veneers, whiter teeth etc. Or even heads of households, or those with dental insurance benifits left. Then I can occasionaly send out promotions to them to invite them or their friends or family. I can send coupons etc. It would seriously be such a huge asset, No dentist could pass that up

MASS EMAILS/TEXT!!!!
Being able to send mass emails/text to remind patients about flex spending, schedule changes, bad weather delay/cancellation, events/funraisers in the office! Not everyone checks facebook so to text everyone all at one time would be great!!

If you have a bad weather day or change in schedule it would be nice to send a text to everyone all at once to notify them, especially if they are coming from out of town and didnt call to check!!

We need blast email services.

Adding mass email and mass text to text all pts about contests, food drives, ect. This would be very helpful.

When can we sent mass texts or emails through weave?

Please consider adding a feature to Weave allowing us to send a Group Newsletter to our Active Patients.

I think it would be a great idea if we could mass text people so we could send out different specials we are running, without having to send individual texts to everyone.

We would love to ability to send a mass wide, custom email to all of our active patients

Multiple recipient texts: ability to send out the same prompt message to multiple patients. For example, in case of a specific provider becoming unavailable, we can send out a message to his/her patients for rescheduling (but not affecting patients under other providers that same day).

If a hygiene appt. becomes available same day or following day, to be able to send a mass text to all patients who are currently due to try and fill the schedule.

How about mass texting to patients. When the office closes due to weather, typing one message & attaching to all those patients with a cell ph would be awesome. You type it once & pts get the message right away.

A way to send marketing/info text messages to multiple/all patients.
