Text2Pay Templates
TEXT2PAY: I would like the option to edit the preset wording on the text. Currently is says Hi Jessica, this is Impressive Smiles. You have an outstanding balance. You can use this secure link to pay by credit card:" I think "you have an outstanding balance" is too harsh and would prefer the option to choose our own wording. I think "You have a new balance" sounds better. Since outstanding sounds like it is past due. It would be even better if we had a drop down with options to add how old the balance is "30/60/90 days past due" for actual past due amounts. Thanks!

Templates for text to pay is a must. We have to be able to personalize this message as it is always a delicate subject when requesting payment from a patient. Several templates would be useful so we can dictate how urgent a payment is, or express the days payment is past due.

Would we be able to change the text for text to pay to -Hello Mr./Mrs./Dr. This is Joshua Austin DDS office. I was just reviewing records and it looks like there is a balance on your account. It looks like it is from your visit on . It appears as if your benefits covered only a portion of what was promised. Your balance after the benefits paid is $. .00. Can we get you all caught up today? We can actually do a payment over a text link if that makes it easier for you. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your time- Lorene
Please use this secure link to pay: -

Specific to Text to Pay: Allow for changing of the template that we text out to patients. Currently, we must edit each and every text message before it is sent. This almost time-prohibitive to using the feature fro more than a few texts at a time.

Hello,
Will there be an update that allows TEXT TO PAY messaging to be modified so we don't have to manually type it in each time?

We are using the new Text to Pay feature and it would be great if we could customize the text message that is sent out like we can on the appointment reminders, so it automatically does it instead of us having to change it for each individual patient. Thank you!
