Fax directory
When I send a fax, it would be convenient if Weave saved a directory of fax #'s -- a list of the Business / Name & Fax #'s to whom we frequently sent faxes. This way, I wouldn't have have my paper list to look-up & manually type the fax # each time...

When viewing a fax in the mobile app you should have the ability to pinch out with fingers and zoom. Fax is otherwise unreadable.

It would be extremely helpful to have a contacts list for the fax services. A way to store commonly used fax numbers.
It would also be a nice option to be able to modify the fax cover sheet. To be able to put a company logo, info, etc on the cover. -

Delete AFTER send may be a good addition. We commonly send staff information to state / federal etc and often has confidential information on them. Don't want to have someone pull those up.

There needs to be away to save frequently used fax numbers into Weave. We use these numbers daily.

Love the program, however, I think having a fax directory would be so much easier and a wonderful asset. This would make using this faxing feature amazing.

Have a way to be able to save Fax numbers. It makes it easier businesses that send a lot of faxes (like us) if we can see who faxes are coming from instead of just a bunch of fax numbers, it would also make sending faxes way simpler if we can save contacts to just populate when we send them.

Unable to receive faxes. Our business relies heavily on the ability to receive and send faxes. There have been multiple occasions where this feature has been unable to do so with Weave. Weave should be developing a work around or some other way fax numbers can be forwarded or emailed when this happens. It's a huge inconvenience and loss of revenue on our end. What can Weave do to resolve this??

It would be nice to be able to save phone numbers if Fax. We seem to fax the same few people often, and this would be so nice. Instead of having to look it up each time.

Add a Spam notification or a block on certain fax's when they come in. We are getting a lot of junk fax's and trying to find a way to get off their list or blocking the number from faxing us again.

So, it would be helpful if you could create a way to easily search faxes by name of office or location instead of having to insert a phone number each time. It would also be a great help to be able to put in contact names and phone numbers directly in the app or on the desktop, particularly for phone use.

The fax program is lacking the most basic fax features that have existed for over 30 years.
Most important, we need fax confirmation pages. A page that shows a portion of the fax that was sent, and the number it was sent to, the time it was sent, the number of pages, and confirmation that it was received.
Then we need some basic ability to modify our cover page. Add our office address. Add a logo or other business information.
Finally, this feedback interface is aweful. It took me 2 hours and multiple chats with your support desk just to get here. Why do I have to login and get an email and click on the email and go back and forth and back and forth just to send a feedback message?
