Very new to Weave, but one of the things i noticed right away is that there are no pre-set templates. If I want to send someone a txt telling them that they missed an appt. I have to txt the whole msg. Wish there was a few standard msg templates.

I don't want Weave to set them up. I want to be able to customize messages that are sent regularly, like, "Great! We'll see you then!", or "Please visit our website @www.xxxxx.com to complete your new patient forms,.." We also need auto signatures.

I would like a "Visit our website at XXX to fill out your new patient forms"

The ability to have manual templates for other reasons other than recalls. Examples, Cancelling appointments, Request to contact the office to update insurance info, Appointment availability for cancelation list, etc.
It would allow management to keep a level of professionalism and control on what is sent to the patient, and would save time for the administrator by just selecting the template they need instead of typing something out.

I would like to request that our text permanently display our name at the top so that we don't have to type every text starting with this is Columbia Orthodontics....

I have an idea! I think we should be able to create templates of texts that we can "Add" to current text threads. For instance, most of my new patients I want to visit our website to fill out their paperwork, but some have already done so, so it would be nice if I had a drop down of pre-created texts so I could send those when applicable to patients. WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL!!!

Canned Responses for Text Messages - Ability to create a message that is saved to later be re-used, with ability to edit before sending to personalize to specific patient, but to keep consistancy with wording. This would also save time being that each time you want to send a message the whole thing would not have to be typed out - just adjusted.

We would like to have multiple options for text replies so that no matter what employee responded, the texts were consistent and always professional to best represent our brand. Perhaps a drop down menu to choose the appropriate reply. Also for it to be customizable to each practice. Thank you.

Making different text templates for different types of appointments

Save text templates within weave to send out to patients. Ex. let them know of balance/credit on account, etc.

I think it would be great to have the option of sending out different reminder text messages for different appointment types. Thanks!

Yes please add free form entry to create a custom auto-texts

Have an icon in text massage to let us make different template text and use it base office needs.
For example we would like to send different massage for our new patient ( with the link of PDF in website), ask them to contact us for their unscheduled treatment plans, sedation, ....

Had an office suggest the idea of a template for post-op texts to check on patients after major visits. Also, a template for same day appt reminders. Something like "Can't wait to see you today!"

Good idea. We will keep it in the books to do in the future.

There are a lot of text messages that you don't want to automate, but you do send frequently. It would be cool to have an option to save templates that you can select and send on a one-to-one basis. This was suggested by Julie & Dr. Thomas' office.
