Want Old Text Actionable Format
Why did you change the text format??!!!!!! This is terrible. Every single text is marked actionable. They do not all require action, some of them WE (or the automated system) sent! Plus, now I cannot search only for the ones that are unread.
We have a small office and have no need to "assign" staff members to deal with certain messages. Please make this new format optional. I much prefer the old format.
After incorporating much useful user input, we've tweaked the Actionable tab to be much more in line with how people in general want it to behave. These updates are already in the live product. There will always be differences of opinion and preference on any given feature, but we still would like to hear from you! I just joined Weave in November, so I came on board after the major changes to Messages last year. If you have further input on the inbox experience or any other item related to Messages, please reach out to me.
Product Management, Messages
I would like to have the option to mark a text message as "non-actionable". Marking all un-responded to messages as "actionable" is not always appropriate and there should be a way to mark the message as not needing to be addressed.

Create a "task complete" for the actionable messages so that once completed, they will be removed from actionable list as some of the "actions" are unnecessary.
Can we delete the "actionable" update? Everyone in our office HATES it. Just want read and unread.
The new text grouping does not make any sense. The actionable tab is confusing and hard to find messages. We need to be able to see 'unread' texts. Please change back to the old way. Thanks!!

The actionable feature on text messages is confusing, unorganized and hard to find text messages. Please change this feature back to the way it was prior to the last update. I am about to have mutiny on bounty! Please help our team out!!! Thanks!

The message tags are very helpful for offices who have multiple staff members that use weave. There is one error with this however. When we open a message and tag it to a specific employee, it stays in actionable until they address. The error is, if that phone number gets an automated appointment reminder sent out, it takes the message out of actionable and it disappears. Is there a way to fix the software to keep these messages in actionable even after auto messages are sent out? This is causing our tagged staff members to lose important messages.

We need a way to remove texts from the "actionable" area that do not require a response from us. We don't want it to seem rude or bothersome and continue to text patients when it isn't warranted. Yet, having them remain in that area seems as though something still needs done.
