We tried Weave in our office and it was a complete fail... from the beginning I voiced my concerns about this being a VERY old building with internet difficulties reaching the front of the building since it is a cement building... the cordless phones we received have had issues since day one, and were never actually properly installed. Your weave employee Joshua Thomsen called and helped me set up the phones, however, every time we were able to fix something, like putting the cordless phones in the correct locations, something else would fail, like the wrong phone was ringing or the desk phone was not ringing, and even now, my cordless phone in the front office, that is supposed to ring is no longer working and says searching for base. Long story short, 2 months without working phones in all locations is unacceptable. You and your team need to do a much better job of supporting a business in the beginning and making sure all of the bugs are worked out... you could have offered some alternative to WIFI for the phones in our office like a cable to extend the internet to the front office but no one there would actually listen to my concerns... you cannot rely on WIFI for VOIP phones. Anyway, ya'll seem like some very nice people and we wish you all the best of luck in your future.
