Patient Survey
We would like to send patient surveys after patients' appointments for internal use. It will be a 5-10 questionnaire to track and regulate patients' feedback from their recent visits. This will help funnel negative feedback offline - not on a Google or Facebook review. The reviews are being utilized for external views, however, we want an internal way to monitor patient satisfaction. SolutionReach and Birdeye have this capability. We are looking to switch companies if we cannot get this integrated in a timely manner.

Online reviews are very difficult to navigate in HIPPA compliance. NPS\NSI surveys are essential to ensure business operations.

We would like the option to send a private patient care survey after appointments in order to monitor patient satisfaction and to use for training purposes.

I just learned today that one of Google's updated (2018) policy for reviews is: "don’t discourage or prohibit negative reviews or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers." (1) This means Google is against review gating(2)(3), which is screening the type of people a business would think would positively respond to a review and then selecting them to give a Google review.
We may want to transition to sending out automated requests for Google Reviews via Weave in the future as patients receive appointments from us. However, we're not ready for that step yet.
What may help us transition to that point is being able to automate private feedback requests. This way, we can get some sort of feel about what our customers are saying about us when we don't selectively choose those who we think will write positively about us.
In addition, I want a feel for how this Weave automation works in a real world test. The automated private feedback request would be a sort of beta test for doing automated Google review requests in the future.
I would also like Weave not to send out a private feedback request if we indicate on our schedule (with Compulink) that the patient no showed, rescheduled, or cancelled 50 minutes or less after the patient's original scheduled time.
Also, if we send out a private feedback link, I want the option of just having our patients get the opportunity of giving private feedback instead of also encouraging them to review us on Facebook or Google.
If this private feedback "beta test" is successful, then we'll probably will feel a lot more comfortable automating Google reviews with Weave. This will make it easier for us to get more Google reviews, customers will be able to learn about our practice from many more different angles, and it'll create more of a "stickiness" to Weave by us relying more on a Weave automation. (Obviously, we can use automations from other companies, but we already have Weave.) Weave can potentially talk more strongly about their Google and Facebook review automation to potential clients if they help business owners feel more comfortable with the idea by allowing them to automate asking for private feedback first.
It would be cool if we could even customize our private feedback form like...Typeform, too..at least down the road maybe? ;) (If it doesn't have all the customization of Typeform, that should be okay, but it's nice to have some customization if possible.)

We would like to have Survey's for the patients for when they come in how there appointment was. They are a series of questions and they rate their visit for our own personal knowledge on how their visit was. Thanks
