Agreed - texts should be personalized per form. For example - when we send record release forms for patients to go to another office, we do not want it to say the generic "looking forward to your visit" because they are moving, not coming. Thank you.

I would like to be able to add the year [year of appointment] to the text and email templates.

We are having issues with patients returning the forms (especially the new patient forms) in a timely manner. The message with the link says Please fill out this form at your earliest convenience. I would like to see that changed to within 48 hours. When you say earliest convenience that does not mean they return forms before link expires.

It would be convenient to be able to change the pre-generated text when sending the link for digital forms to patients. This way we could make it say what we want every time, instead of having to edit it before sending it. We are able to change the pre-generated texts for appointment reminders, and I just feel it would be beneficial to change the text that automates for other programs as well.

This is what Weave suggests "You can manually change the message before you send it out or you can create your own manualy template with the wording you'd like to use. You'd need to remove the text the forms template puts in the message first and replace it with th manual template though before sending the message." This is NOT helpful or convenient, editing our own templates is ideal

the SMS template should be customizable and set to be edited so it is not the standard one you all select of "please fill out these forms at your earliest convenience" for operational purposes we have found more success with form compliance when the verbiage is different with our patients versus hearing the word "forms" it becomes a dreaded task they wish not to complete. The fact that the link is unique and the verbiage in the sms text

There needs to be a Spanish version to accompany Spanish forms/packets

It would be helpful to be able to edit the template for Digital Forms. I want to add a sentence that says something like "If you prefer to fill your forms out in the office, please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment."

We need the ability to edit the text message that is sent with digital forms templates. We do not like the automated text message that is sent with digital forms.
