Need for Alarm Company direct ring through regardless of time of day
It would be good to be able to specifiy a particullar number that could ring through regardless of the rest of the phone settings. ie My alarm comapny called the office before our regular hour, one employee diceided to come in early, and set off the alarm, but since there was no phone call he did not know, and could not give the all clear code word, which can result in a false alarm, which we get fined for. Fortunately they were able to get a hold of me, and this time it was ok, but we should have the ability to specify a phone number, or group of numbers that could pass thru to the office regardless of the time of day or phone settings.
