We need easier access (and more reliable) to have patients fill out forms. Currently we send all patients links to fill out forms. But if they do not fill out them on their own time, we set up the iPads for the patients. It is quite a pain to go through the iPad since you have to use the web portal and not the provided app. And now a new issue has popped up where the forms are not even syncing to the patients account, and they are nowhere to be found in the "recently submitted" tab. I just talked to someone who said if we are using a browser for patients to fill out the forms, we have to clear the cash after every single patient, otherwise the forms somehow get lost forever.

What would be amazing is if there was a way to add access to the forms on the provided app. In another company we used they had it set up where the app would show the patients on the schedule for that day. You could click their name, and click the forms that patient needed to fill out. It would go to "patient mode" and the patient would not be able to get out of that form unless they had a four digit code. Once done, it would sync to Ascend into their document manager, and the iPad would return to "office mode" after the code has been entered. This would make accessing the forms and have patients fill it out in the office sooooo much easier.
