    1. As the message is going on on the same day, only one patient is being notified of vaccines due.

    The office would like the timing to not be written in English, but in Spanish.

    Instead, they would like it to read: "Nuestro sistema muestra que está 10 dias de retraso para una cita."

  4. Message pop to honor confirmation setting

    This office does not like that each and every confirmation text to the auto reminders (Yes, C, Confirm, etc) shows up on Weave Pop. They would like since they have Weave "Mark as Read" selected to not have those texts show up in Weave Pop.

    Office would like to have the ability to duplicate reminders across multiple locations. They have 4 locations that have fairly complicated reminders set up, and they would love to be able to just set them up under one location and then copy/paste them to their other locations.

  8. Post Appt Text

    Starting last week patients who were on the schedule but didn’t show for their appointment received our post appointment request for a review text. I contacted support and was told those messages go to patients with conformed appointments. I would like to put this in the suggestion box that the setting for that text should be for completed appointments. Or let the offices have the option of setting our own preferences.

  9. Filter Texting

    Is there anyway we can filter out text messages? I have a team member that only deals with financials and doesn't need to see all of the texts for scheduling, ect. I don't like the idea that we either have to turn the SMS off or your getting every single text possible. Is there anyway we can apply the tagging feature for an individual to only receive text messages that they are tagged in?

  10. Texting Notification

    When receiving text messages, I love having the notification, BUT the reply option seems like a pointless option because you can't see much of the response. It seems like an extra step for no reason. When the notification pops up, is there anyway to skip the "reply" and go straight to the "view" or ignore" step?

  12. Hyperlinks within text editing

    Text message - in the editing section ability to add a link and have it link in the actual text message as a one word. For instance: Click HERE for XXX. In the editing section is the place to add the actual hyperlink. This was very helpful in our old text messaging service and increased recalls made as it was very convenient to click from their phone. Thanks!

  13. Add filtering options for Text Messaging

    We would like to see addition of filtering options for text messaging, as it is currently very overwhelming in its present format.

    We would like to be able to filter messages that have not yet been sent for text writeback from the ones that have, and also be able to filter messages by date received as well as by content ("search within messages" similar to what phone texting and facebook messenger offer)

    The Actionable tab is only useful to a certain extent as messages are moved from that list once they are responded to, and tags have to be manually…

    Hello,
    There is no where in the weave training and set up that text connect is not working for a multi office location. We paid our website provider to add text connect to our website and now today we find out it doesn't work for a multi location account. Please get this up and running. We think this feature is important and would be a great addition to our website.

  15. every type of message needs a status for filtering purposes

    Currently, the user is forced to receive message notifications in a certain manner: If no tag is selected in notifications then the user sees every-single-notification for birthday reminders, untagged text messages, reminders, etc. This is quite overwhelming. And to say that it is overwhelming is an understatement. Though productivity has increased, the stress level in our office has gone up significantly since initiating Weave. I think that every single notification type deserved a status (review, birthday, reminder, etc.) and the user reserved the right to turn it on or not.   17. Birthday List

    I need the birthday list to highlight the name I'm on and stay there between calls so I don't loose my place. It scrolls back to the top of the alphabetized list after each patient I help and then I have to scroll through the entire list again.

  18. Remove the option to select the number to text

    With the new update when you clock the messasge icon to text a patient you now have to select which number to text, home or cell and I think it just adds steps to the process as you can realistically only "text" a mobile number.

  19. Appointment confirmation texts with questions

    Appointment confirmation texts – when patients respond 'yes' to confirm their appointment, their text message gets archived into the ALL folder rather than actionable, which is great. BUT if they type 'yes' and add a question, the message also goes into ALL and we miss the question. If the patient types a “?” it should be coded to directly go to actionable.

  20. Notes option within text feed

    It would be very beneficial for there to be a "notes" option that appears directly in the text message feed that is only visible to the office staff. We noticed there is a notes option if we click on the patients name and select notes, but it would be very helpful for this option to be directly within the text feed. It saves times and increases productivity to be able to see the patients texts and the offices comments all in one spot.
