    neither of our phone lines work, again. This is a huge detriment to doing business.It happens several times a year and I will soon have no choice but to cancel your service. Can tech support call me on my cell 585-734-4659

  3. Call ID to appear when taken off hold

    It would be nice to be able to see the caller clients info pull up on caller ID when a phone is taken off hold. We are a busy practice that has to put people on hold is a receptionist is not available. When we take them off hold, we are left with no information to work with. Having it pull up on the phone or the computer would be extremely helpful.

  4. VM bypass

    Are office hrs are listed for the general public but I am here earlier. I would like to have a code or something to bypass the VM and ring into the office for employees who may be late, sick etc.

  6. Missed Call Txt

    With the missed call txt, we have come to see a slight issue. Its great to have when receptionist are helping others on the phone and we miss a call, the txt message to the client is great. But we have a tree line system so when we are open clients leave voicemails for our doctors as an option. When they leave the voicemail, they still receive the missed call txt and to call back or txt in which can be confusing. The txt message should only go to true missed calls, not for doctor or technician med refill voicemails.

    iN OUR ADMIN PORTAL GRETING SCHEDULES FOR OUR OPEN SELECTION, WE HAVE "SEVERAL CLOSED" SELECTIONS. CAUSES CONFUSION DUE TO OUR PHONE EXTENTION RINGING. CHANGING NAME OR REMOVE CLOSED PORTION WOULD HELP OFFICE

  9. Better "Delete" phone number in the dial pad so you can call the next person

    Delete phone number in the dial pad - not have to do back space a bunch of times before calling the next person. When I have to work off of my cell phone it slows me down to have to back out of each number one digit at a time before dialing the next number.

  10. Record extension to extension (interoffice) calls

    Record extension to extension calls between employees. Many times, these are transferred calls, messages, or assigning tasks. Recording these type calls is a great training opportunity, as well as a safeguard to ensure our company culture is practiced throughout our offices.

  11. Show all family members when patients call

    Hello. We would like to have the option of having all family members pop up on the screen when one family member calls so that we can see if any of the family members are due for appointments. Thank you

  13. Recording credit card numbers NOT

    I was doing my compliance for our credit card processing and we do take credit cards via phone and they asked is we had a program that does not record the credit card number . I called and asked if Weave offers this and unfortunately you don't, so thats my suggestion. Thanks Happy New Year

  14. Office Management of Phone Trees

    Our office would love to be able to manage our own phone trees. Having to wait up to an hour to talk to someone on chat and then going back and forth when we are in the middle of running a busy office is less than ideal, and that's putting it nicely. PLEASE create a feature that will allow us to manage our own phone trees!

  15. Dentrix Auto Dial

    Dentrix has an auto-dial feature that allows us to click on a phone number to be automatically dialed on our phones. This Dentrix feature does not work with Weave. It would be a major time saver when reaching out to our overdue recall patients.

  16. 2-Way intercom between groups of phones

    We really need a way to intercom between groups of phones. We need our front desk group to be able to 2-way intercom with our treatment area group. We had this with our previous phone system and it saved us so much time. It was a huge disappointment that it isn't possible with Weave.

  17. Search options for recent calls

    Can you add a calendar or an option to enter the date we are looking for calls missed, received or placed. Also if you could place the time stamp on those dates as well.

  18. Recognition of mobile numbers in any category

    I've been manually transferring all numbers to the mobile section because when creating a new patient file it defaults to the home number space. If Weave could recognize a mobile in any space that would make this transition much much more smooth! -Thanks Sam
