They are frustrated that they're not able to easily save/add the associated names of the fax numbers they use. They would like to be able to have a directory in which they can add fax-specific information for.

Team tracker for fax
An office would like to have added to the fax report they receive, who is responsible for sending each fax. It would help with their tracking.

Ability to transfer an incoming fax from a regular line to the fax line.
It would be very convenient if we were able to program our fax line phone number into an available phone extension so that when a fax tries to come to a regular phone line, we can transfer to the fax line.

The office says they've gotten into the habit of checking the sent faxes after about 10 min because of the high rate of failure that they see. They'd like Weave to auto try for a certain duration of time (or certain number of attempts) before showing them it's failed.1 vote -

Signature for Faxes
We get a lot of prescription refill requests via fax and it would be nice to be able to add the signature without having to print and then scan back into the computer.

Bulk Download and Archive Faxes
Our office we receive anywhere from 120 to 150 faxes a day. It is a pain to have to select each fax click download then archive and confirm. That is a minimum of 3 clicks per fax. For 120 faxes that's 360 clicks just downloading and archiving faxes. Can we add an option in the app under fax > 3 dots that allows us to Download & Archive all in one click? This would make our faxing management much faster and efficient.

Fix the Fax History Page in the portal app
Fix the fax history page, its a mess:
- There isn't a way to export the list of faxes. The current export button doesn't seem to export the records that are being displayed, and even if it didn't its limited to 100 records. We deal with 3000+ faxes a month, so doing 30 exports, even if it worked, isn't feasible.The export at first seemed to pull the records being display. But, after looking at the downloads from multiple pages, its downloading the same data after each export, but the data downloaded seems to be different from the data displayed…

Customer would like an integration to where our faxes are stored
They are a high volume fax practice and need to be able to have a url or api that would give them the ability to process and store faxes in services like Sharepoint.

Option to delete/trash Fax messages in bulk, between specific date ranges in Admin Portal
Currently in the Admin Portal> Fax. You can select a date range in order to export the data to an Excel sheet but, I had an office request to be able to have a function that would allow them to select a date range, check a box or a radio button to "Select All Within Range" or something- and delete all of them in bulk.
The only way to delete Faxes is currently from the archives, one at a time.

Option to delete/trash a Fax directly from the Desktop App
Currently, in order to be able to delete a Fax. Offices have to archive the fax and then go to the admin portal in order to delete the fax from Archives.
It would be a great feature to be able to allow offices to delete an unwanted Fax directly from the Weave desktop app1 vote
