Text Messages
We have been Weave users for about 2 years. We have been happy with the product up until lately. Previously, in the text feature, we could search any patient to send a text. Now, it is much more difficult to find patients to send a text. WE HATE THIS CHANGE YOU HAVE MADE! When putting in a payment, we still can bring up any patient. Please change the texts back to how it was. We love the text feature to communicate with patients. It has become MUCH LESS user friendly to use. Thank you for your consideration. Jana

Alert when patients turn 18 to update required paperwork
It would be very helpful to have an alert when sending appointment reminders that a patient has turned 18 since their last visit so we can have them update legal paperwork.

Pronoun Visibility
Has their been any discussion surrounding pronoun visibility within the Weave app? Offices using weave would be able to deliver a better patient experience if that information was on the patient profile and displayed on the Call Pop screen. Maybe an easy way to offer this would be a drop down selection, very similar to what we offer for Language Preference.

More phone numbers
We have a lot of contacts that have more than two phone numbers. We have spouse mobile numbers for example. Maybe just add a column in the CSV transfer for "other phone".

Due Date that pops up when a patient calls is wrong
The due date listed for the patient is wrong. It's pulling up the latest due date possible in our Dentrix system and is not basing the due date on their prophy. When I called to have the due date change to go by prophy date I was told this was not an option. What's the point of having the due date listed if its not for a prophy?

Follow up sort order, tag and filter
Follow ups are sorted in oldest first and I can not see what was recently completes. NOT WORKING properly. need this corrected ASAP

make it possible to be able to access a clients information, their number etc. available in all features
Office would like if it was possible to access a clients information (their number etc.) in text messages as well as in phone as well as in the patient icon. As of this moment if I look a client up for the most recent communication via text I can’t call them directly by just touching their contact information. I didn’t have to go search them again under patients or phone which is very unusual for this kind of software. MORE FILTER OPTIONS W/INSURANCE
when doing a campaign, please allow us to add MULTIPLE INSURANCES to the filter. It is very limiting to only be able to do 1 single insurance at a time.
Also add to the filter option the ability to filter by provider/DR
BRING BACK THE QUICKFILL BLAST THAT IN 2019 ALLOWED WEAVE TO PULL MULTIPLE PAST DUE PTS AND SEND THEM LAST MINUTE OPEININGS.

Overdue Recall
It would be great if there is a better way to be able to see who has not received a recall, especially when the patient does not have a cell phone, are overdue, or has opted out of text messages. If there was a PRINT option that we could manually go through the patients and send either a text recall (if available) or mail them a letter reminding them.

Identify patients
We are new to your Weave forms, having switched from mConsent. In mConsent, we were able to identify a patient by their patient number, not just their personal info. Some patients may be on different accounts if they are the policy holder of insurance but want different accounts because of a marriage situation or a child that is under 26, but still on their insurance and want their kid to be responsible for the remainder of the bill. Choose whose name is shown on a notifications/calls/texts depending on patient status

Physician contacts
Our EHR maintains a list of physician office contact information as well as patient contact information. It would be incredibly helpful if Weave integration could sync the former in addition to the latter so that the most recent physician contacts can be pulled automatically rather than updated manually via CSV upload in the online portal.

WEAVE PHONE/TEXT ISSUE NOT EFFIECENT
Since the most recent update, texting both mom and dad on Weave is no longer efficient. Before all you had to do was click on the main contact and then click the center circle to access everyone in the family. Now you have to click the center circle(custom contact), hit that circle again-it will now say(patient profile), then hit overview, then click on the "other" parent. Efficiency is key when you're understaffed, all this extra clicking to access information is absurd. Please change it back to how it used to be. This update makes it twice as complicated.

Take out inactive members from birthday wishes
The happy birthday messages are sent to all patients, including inactive as the default setting. The default setting should not include inactive. We have had family members upset that they have received best wishes for their family members who are marked deceased in our EMR.

Birthday reminders for weave core. We upload patient birthdays and contacts via CSV, why can't we have birthday reminders?

Make CSV contacts editable/deletable
Offices would love to be able to edit CSV contacts in weave instead of keeping a running record using a CSV file. This adds a ton of more work for the offices and it can cause errors in the long run as patients/clients get new phone numbers or change any other information. This has been a headache for many offices. If Weave is able to emulate or show that information, it should be able to make it editable.
