  2. Update the app to actually work in emergency closure situations, I want to be able to save and use my recorded message when away

Currently on the phone, I first spoke to Christian for about 30 mins and he attempted to assist me with the template "FSA Dental" I need to have one word added to the the sentence Unfortunately, these contributions expire at the end of the year. What you might not know is that you can FSA dollars to cover any dental treatment that treats or prevents a dental disease. If you could please add the word "use" FSA dollars...   4. Email field on refund receipts

    Hey guys! I had an office ask me to submit feedback, so I figured I'd do it here. Not sure if there's a better place for me to submit it haha.

    So they noticed that on refund reciepts there is not an email address field where the office can list their email address, but there is one on the normal payment receipts. They'd like to be able to list their email address on the refund receipts as well.

  5. Updated Search Bar Inefficiency

    The new search bar only shows two - three results at a time and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to which two patients. I was advised to use the "View More" button. However, if that is working “as designed” its terribly inefficient. When you do click the “view more” button you have to start all over in typing the name you’re looking for – it doesn’t carry over from what you’ve already started. Please update!

  6. Users Allowed Too Many Permissions as Team Members

    Team Members should not have the ability to edit call blocking, device settings, hold music, media library, voicemail boxes, voicemail override, phone trees, etc. or there should be a type of user that is allowed use of the phones only, not the ability to change these items. One disgruntled employee, and this could all be maliciously changed without anyone being the wiser until someone (probably a caller) noticed. Admin privileges should be required to change items that could adversely affect the business image.

  7. Auto text from phone tree

    Voicemail phone tree: If you are calling to schedule.... press #.

    A voicemail states, it is a service we don't provide. If you would like a list of providers who do this via text, press #.
    A text goes out to the number called from that is preset.

  8. User Invite Link Expiration Notice

    Inviting users – if users do not immediately respond to an invitation or if the Resend Invitation feature is used, the link that they receive shows as expired and they are prompted to “Get a new link”. This then takes them to a page where they are prompted to reset their password. This is confusing for the user, as they have never set a password to begin with. I’ve instructed them to proceed with the password reset, but it is an oddity and causes unnecessary questions and confusion.

  9. Software Improvements

    Hi, I have a few ideas:
    -We have an in house membership plan...can you please include that as a type of insurance so that it shows up in the patients' profile?
    -Is there a way that communication can be tracked or documented automatically into our software management program (Eaglesoft)?

  10. recall check box

    When using the "recall" for scheduling past dues Pt's it would be helpful to have a check box or a way to identify which patients have been contacted and who has scheduled. We have a couple of team members using this recall option and it makes it difficult when we dont know who has called who on the list

  11. Analytics Tool Viewing

    It would be great if we could view our practice analytics in the admin portal, or if the desktop ap screen could be made full size. There is so much great info the analytics tool but it is really hard to view and digest it all on such a tiny scale.

    Being able to set a schedule on Saturdays for our offices. One office is open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month and another office is open the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.

  13. NOTIFY SOFTWARE UPDATE

    Using Weave for last 10 months, I've experienced many times of un-informed/noticed software update leading some unexpected errors. So, customers like us had to face in-operability or malfunction without knowing the cause. We are dealing with some cases of life and death, time imminent cases. Without having the full functionality of the software, it can seriously impact cases.

    PLEASE NOTIFY US WHEN THERE IS ANY SOFTWARE UPDATE AND ITS CHANGE.

  14. Stop changing our system info when form is submitted

    HELP! We are sending out links to parents for children appointments and when the info comes back to us it is changing the parents info to the childs automatically. Example- we send Mrs. Susan Smith DOB 10/12/2000 a text to fill out a health update for Maria her child DOB 2/22/2021. When the form comes into our system it has changes Susan's name to Maria and her birthdate to Maria's. We have to send links to parents' phone numbers- is there a way around the form changing our system info??

    At the end of the day if we could print a report on what payments were taken through weave so that we have a paper trail nightly. right now we always have to go to app and look. Thank you

  16. Appointment Request Notifications On Cellphone App

    I think there should be a way that Weave can notify offices of appointment requests other than just when you log into the desktop app because if a patient requests an appointment over the weekend for a Monday morning appointment, the office would not get that request until arriving back in the office Monday morning. If the actual cellphone app could get a notification that would be super helpful!

  19. Clinical Schedule Access only

    Add user type that is clinical, schedule access only from the mobile app.
    One hygienist pointed out that she sees analytics and other info that she doesn't feel she needs or wants access to.

  20. Use Office # for OTP verifications.

    We used to be able to use our office number for OTP verifications. It was super convenient. It made it easy for us to use 2 step authorization for business accounts without needing to use our personal numbers. It has stopped working. Your tech tells me it just doesn't work. We would like to use it again.
