Auto reply confirmation response
I would love it if there were an "auto reply" function so that when patients actually confirm appts via text that they are told they confirmation has gone through. We have several patients that call after confirming because they worry that their confirmation wasn't received.

Tag Faxes to A Co-Worker
I like your new Tag feature in Messages, but can you also apply that to faxes? As it is now, the person checking faxes has to open up the fax, then send an inter-office text to the person who needs to handle it. If we could just assign it to the person, that would save a time-consuming step! Thank you.

Send Missed Call Text to Abandoned Calls
Would really like the "missed call text" to go out to ABANDONED calls even more than the "missed ones." if they made a selection so the appt was "missed" then they almost certainly left us a message. It is the Abandoned calls that we are more concerned about!

Customizable & Dynamic Fax Cover Sheet
We should have the ability to create and upload customizable fax cover sheets. Fax cover sheets could be uploaded as Word doc files so that they can include a company header/footer, contact information, HIPAA notice, etc. They should also be dynamic with fillable field options such as <<TO>>, <<FROM>>, <<COMPANY>>, <<FAX_NUMBER>>, <<NUMBER_PAGES>>, <<SUBJECT>>, and <<NOTES>>.

Better management of review invite send times & frequencies
Allow review invitations to be sent at least 24 hours after the patient's appointment. Also, we don't want them to receive the review notifications too late at night.

Sending PDFs through text and email
We can not send PDF's to our clients through text messaging..only images of pictures we take. Please make the text messaging capable of sending PDF documents.
We can not send attachments with emails. For us, this defeats the purpose of sending an email. Please allow for PDFs to be attached to an email.21 votes -

This new color scheme you've chosen is incredibly painful to look at long term. If we had an option to change it, even if just back to the original aqua, it would be better.

Adjustable Time Early or Pull Arrival Time from Practice Management System in Text Message Reminders
We have different appointment types. Each one requires the patient to arrive early at different intervals (depending on their appointment type). Our practice management software (Nextech) has a separate arrival time vs scheduled time so if that could be a selection for appointment reminders, that would be ideal... OR if the Time Early feature in Weave could allow for different options to select the appropriate allotment by the appointment type, that would work too.

Fax Drafts
Good afternoon! I would like to suggest a fix for a reoccurring problem; incoming telephone call interrupting the preparation of a new fax, i.e., if the telephone is answered while preparing a new fax, all of the information that has been typed into the fax will be lost and you have to start all over. Your consideration to this is very much appreciated!

Delete option for incoming faxes
Please make an option to delete a fax instead of only allowing archiving. 95% of our incoming faxes are junk and we do not want to keep them in an archive!

Removing Tag automatically once a text message conversation has been marked complete
It would be very helpful to have the tag that we assign to a patient's text message conversation removed automatically at the end of each conversation because it won't always be the same TAG for that patient and it gets confusing to know whether something is really for a particular person or not

Team Chat: Search messages by keyword
Would you please make it possible to "search" for a key word in our inter-office text/chat? Many times we need to recall a conversation, but it can take 30 minutes to go back even to last month. It would make this much more useful! Thank you.

different identifiable ring tones
The staff would like the phones to have a separate ringtone when a patient is put on hold and after a period of time, that line rings again, because if another staff retrieves that call without knowing that the first staff member put at patient on hold, our office doesn’t look competent to the patient when they have to explain things all over again to someone else
