  1. Need Access to Message Archive!

    Today a staff member accidentally hit "Archive" on a client text message, but did not see who it was before doing so. I reached out to Weave support and was told that there is no way to undo or restore archived messages and we would have to know the clients name or number to find the message. Not only do we not know who it was, but we get messages from existing and non-existing clients for booking, cancellation, questions, etc. so regularly on a business day that there is absolutely no way to surmise who it might have been.     A way to know who we have sent reviews too and then to know if a patient has left us a review. Makes it hard to verify who we have sent reviews too already.

  7. Missed Call Text - Line Specificity

    With the missed call txt, we have come to see a slight issue. Its great to have when receptionist are helping others on the phone and we miss a call, the txt message to the client is great. But we have a tree line system so when we are open clients leave voicemails for our doctors as an option. When they leave the voicemail, they still receive the missed call txt and to call back or txt in which can be confusing. The txt message should only go to true missed calls, not for doctor or technician med refill voicemails.

  8. Payment print receipts

    As far as payments go I love that I can email patients their receipts, however, I have some old school patients that want their receipt via paper. Currently I have to log in to the weave admin payment website. Unfortunately there is about a 2 minute Lag before the transaction shows up and is available for me to print. This has to change. There needs to be a print receipt option from the payment screen along with the text or email. I am shocked that this hasn't been addressed before. Thank you.

    Please consider maintaining history of all e-mails sent to each patient, just like there is a history of all text messages sent to/from each patient.

  10. Pulling Report of Opt-Outs by date range

    Would love a feature that allows us to pull a report to show all patients who have opted out of text messages.
    Patient name, date they opted out, etc.

    I believe you can only see the current or past week of undelivered messages and those who have opted out. If we could see an all-time list, that would be helpful for our in-office systems.

  11. Search in Office Text/Chat

    Would you please make it possible to "search" for a key word in our inter-office text/chat? Many times we need to recall a conversation, but it can take 30 minutes to go back even to last month. It would make this much more useful! Thank you.

    I am signing up for the BETA trial. I think it is great that widgets will be available on office website for patients to access for New patient contact. I would REALLLLY would like to see Weave advance into providing LIVE chat directly from websites for new patients.

  14. Recent update notes

    I like a lot of things about the newest update. However, I wish that I could reposition the notification bubble. After using the software for so many years, I liked that it was located in the same spot and I'm frustrated by the move that seems to make no sense.
    Also, previous versions allowed you to group notifications in to a summary and I haven't figured out how to make that happen with this update. It is kind of annoying to have to dismiss all notifications individually.

    Offices would love the ability to see which users have opened a text message so they might be able to track who failed to reply to an inbound text. It could show their initials or full name. Thank you!

  17. Update a contact record even if originally created with a .csv

    I import users from a .csv file. There is what I thought was a bug that if you go to a patient record, and attempt to update anything in the record a "Failed to update custom contact" error happens. I was informed by Frida that I am observing the expected behavior and in fact you shouldn't be able to update a contact in the software if it is imported from a .csv. But a custom contact that should be possible.

  19. Call ID to appear when taken off hold

    It would be nice to be able to see the caller clients info pull up on caller ID when a phone is taken off hold. We are a busy practice that has to put people on hold is a receptionist is not available. When we take them off hold, we are left with no information to work with. Having it pull up on the phone or the computer would be extremely helpful.

  20. Recording credit card numbers NOT

    I was doing my compliance for our credit card processing and we do take credit cards via phone and they asked is we had a program that does not record the credit card number . I called and asked if Weave offers this and unfortunately you don't, so thats my suggestion. Thanks Happy New Year
