    It would be great to be able to do scheduling through Weave and have a schedule we could block of existing appointments. For those who aren't integrated - or even at least block off times since schedules change week to week for all providers. Every other Saturday, etc.

  2. Email Campaigns

    Under Campaigns there is not a good selection of photos in your gallery for dental offices. When we were with Practice Mojo they had end of the year benefit "use it or lose it" photos, Christmas, Season Greetings, New Year and all the other holidays. Please add more of a selection.

  3. Manually Modify User Passwords and Login Audit Trails

    I would like to be able to reset the password of a user without sending a reset email, I should be able to set a password through the admin portal and an email be sent notifying the user for security can be sent. I also would like login audit trails for failed attempts and IPs where a user is logging in.

  4. PMS OpenDental and Weave Integration

    Our PMS is Open Dental and there is a feature called "Short Call OR ASAP List" and it is the same as "Quickfill" with Weave and we are wondering if there is a way to integrate the 2 so that we can combine lists. Thank you!

  6. For Dentrix users - Form with an option of selecting ALL for YES/NO question - For example a Medical Update Form

    A provision for patients to be able to select multiple YES/NO answers with one click - click "click here to all NO or YES for all questions below"
    Form are very long and patients dont want to spend 20 minutes for a medical update form.

  7. Allow us to disable the save option after sending a voicemail to another extension

    When transferring a voicemail to another extension, it currently saves a copy in your voicemail box. We are interested in having the option to disable this feature. This way, when a voicemail is transferred, it won't save a copy in your voicemail box, and it will be sent directly to the designated extension. With our daily volume of 30-100 voicemails, the initial sorting process is challenging enough, and having to sift through saved voicemails that have already been listened to adds to the complexity.

  9. Please let us have a Call To Action button for appointment requests.

    As I am in the middle of drafting an email campaign for the upcoming holiday season. I was looking for a way to have the "Call To Action" button at the bottom of my email perform an action similar to what is on the annual routine exam reminder. That if a patient clicks on the link it would notify the office (via email etc) that the patient would like a call back to schedule an appointment.

    I am a little surprised that isn't already an option. Considering the emails Weave already sends on my behalf already have it. I just…

  10. Add Quick fill tags and filtering of them

    Our barrier to entry of the quick fill list is that we cannot sort patients, we would love tags, like AM or PM, that we can customize. Other examples would be a specific hygienist or dentist. If an opening comes available I should be able to click a filter button and select multiple tags for example if the opening is a hygiene appointment with Jane the hygienist at 4pm. I should be able to filter by the tags, any hygienist, Jane only, afternoon to narrow down a long list and fill the appointment quickly. Thank you!

  11. Filtering Prospective Patients

    We would like the capability of filtering our prospective patients. When a new patient is added to our system and has not yet been booked for an appointment, they come up as a prospective patient on the app. It would be nice is these patients could be filtered and show up in the list section. This would allow us to easily follow up with patients (phone or text) that have not yet booked an initial exam.

  12. Add memo line to payment transaction screen

    I just started using Weave and would like to suggest an addition to the payment screen. We would LOVE to have a memo line where we can free type (ie: a description of the charge or the provider, etc.). This would greatly decrease the amount of time spent applying payments into our EMR system. We breakdown each payment, per provider, so some of the charge transaction would go to one provider and the other portion may go to another provider. Without this memo section, we have to look up every transaction to determine how to break it down. With the…

  13. Positive Patient Responses for confirmations are not being recorded as confirmations.

    Patients have provided us screenshot proof that they have responded with simple responses like "C" and "Yes" for the automated system to ignore their confirmation. We also see proof of this on our end because we have a custom message that gets sent for those who are not confirmed. We have seen "C" get ignored for "Yes" to work later and the opposite ("yes" to get ignored, and "C" to work later). Inconsistency in an automated system means the system cannot be relied upon... upset patients = unhappy practice = bad weave client experience.

  14. Notification of Appointment Confirmations by Email

    The Weave confirmation system can be unreliable. Patients have told us numerous times they have confirmed via email, but it is not recording the confirmation. We know this because patients get sent a SMS that specifically emphasizes they have not confirmed yet for an upcoming appointment. We use to get emails notifying us of appointment confirmations and while that was a lot of additional email fluff, that suddenly stopped sometime around February 2023 and was replaced with no feature to check on confirmation email interactions.   15. Online Scheduling continues to be Broken / Not As Advertised for Eaglesoft

    11 Months after signing on with Weave... one of the key features we bought into Weave for is still not functioning. Staff at Weave would rather not help anybody or put any effort into making sure clients are getting the features they paid for. Without reading the appointment availability in my practice, this feature is useless. It still cannot see the openings in my schedule using my "compatible" practice management system Eaglesoft and continues to give patients the ability to request any time they want without blocking out times that are already reserved by others.

  16. NEW REMINDER SCHEDULE/SETTINGS DON'T WORK

    New update has our confirmation schedule ALL MESSED UP. Perhaps adding the ability to choose specific days for confirmations to go out instead of "3 days in advance" being able to choose, "send Thursday's confirmations on Tuesdays" would eliminate some of the MAJOR issues we've had with the new setup.

  18. Integration with Crystal PM Declined Texting Option

    Since Weave integrates with Crystal PM, it would be helpful for Weave to know NOT to send automated messages to patients when the DECLINED TEXTING box is checked in patient's Crystal profile. At this time, when I manually turn off messages under "message preferences," the system is still sending texts to patients regarding their preferences.

  20. Exempting Certain Phone Lines from Recording

    Our HR department and other Senior Leaders have non-patient confidential calls that should not be recorded. We need to designate certain lines as not recorded, while leaving others as recorded. Currently, it's an all or nothing feature.
