This office has multiple Review sites beyond Google and FB that are important for them and their industry for reputation. They'd love for Weave to be able to partner with those sites as well or to have a way to use Weave Reviews to direct traffic to those sites. Their big ones are HealthGrades, Vitals, and Yelp.1 vote -

Printing Quick Fill
It would be great if we had the ability to print our quick fill with the notes and phone number for patient. This way, we could keep track of appointments that were offered.

Post Appt Text
Starting last week patients who were on the schedule but didn’t show for their appointment received our post appointment request for a review text. I contacted support and was told those messages go to patients with conformed appointments. I would like to put this in the suggestion box that the setting for that text should be for completed appointments. Or let the offices have the option of setting our own preferences.

Filter Texting
Is there anyway we can filter out text messages? I have a team member that only deals with financials and doesn't need to see all of the texts for scheduling, ect. I don't like the idea that we either have to turn the SMS off or your getting every single text possible. Is there anyway we can apply the tagging feature for an individual to only receive text messages that they are tagged in?

Texting Notification
When receiving text messages, I love having the notification, BUT the reply option seems like a pointless option because you can't see much of the response. It seems like an extra step for no reason. When the notification pops up, is there anyway to skip the "reply" and go straight to the "view" or ignore" step?

It would be great if you had a link to a patients email to set up payment. You currently only have a text to pay.

Patient forms to patient not guarantor
Sending forms to patients -- When sending a form to a patient - if you choose the patient under the patient side the form automatically is sent to guarantor (regardless of age). If you choose the patient under the schedule and send them a form it will go directly to the patient. Please fix so that only those that are under 18 get forms sent to the guarantor. It would be nice to choose which guarantor (Mom or Dad) that are standing here in office.

we would love to add vietnamese to the language option
We have a large population of Vietnamese patients and would love to be able to add Vietnamese as a language option for automated messages.

Recall & Inactive patients
When patients are inactive in Eaglesoft they should be marked in active in Weave recall system. Also When a message has been sent from the overdue list there should be a date as to when it was last sent so multiple text aren't being sent back to back.

app alerts do not last long enough
The alerts that pop up for the weave app only lasts 2 milliseconds which is NOT ENOUGH TIME to read what the app is trying to tell you so it MIGHT AS WELL NOT BOTHER. Leave them up until dismissed! If it is on a payment it is probably important information.

Hyperlinks within text editing
Text message - in the editing section ability to add a link and have it link in the actual text message as a one word. For instance: Click HERE for XXX. In the editing section is the place to add the actual hyperlink. This was very helpful in our old text messaging service and increased recalls made as it was very convenient to click from their phone. Thanks!

Signature for Faxes
We get a lot of prescription refill requests via fax and it would be nice to be able to add the signature without having to print and then scan back into the computer.

Dolphin Schedule Syncing for Online Scheduling Feature
The online scheduling feature needs to integrate with Dolphin because patients are selecting random times that we don't actually have available and that is frustrating to both the patient and our staff having to call back.

Bulk Download and Archive Faxes
Our office we receive anywhere from 120 to 150 faxes a day. It is a pain to have to select each fax click download then archive and confirm. That is a minimum of 3 clicks per fax. For 120 faxes that's 360 clicks just downloading and archiving faxes. Can we add an option in the app under fax > 3 dots that allows us to Download & Archive all in one click? This would make our faxing management much faster and efficient.

Printing Receipts
For Weave credit card terminal - either provide a terminal that prints receipts or have it set up to have the option to print receipts straight from terminal to printer... going to the weave portal or waiting for the email takes a long time to get the receipt. Which is inconvenient for my patients to wait around for their credit card receipt. :)

Payment link in test message
Could a text to pay button be added to the text messaging screen? Like the ones for forms, templates and images? Would be a faster and more efficient way instead of having to get out of the message and go into payments to create the text.
