The option to change reminders language is completely gone.
The patient profile had a gear icon on the top right corner which allowed for the language preference for reminders to be changed. The icon is now gone, and so is the option to change the patients preferred language. This occurred after the new update.

Payment Type for desktop app
Would like to be able to see how the patients paid through the desktop app( Text to pay, Manual, Terminal). This would be a huge help in fast reconciling.

Text Connect
Hello,
There is no where in the weave training and set up that text connect is not working for a multi office location. We paid our website provider to add text connect to our website and now today we find out it doesn't work for a multi location account. Please get this up and running. We think this feature is important and would be a great addition to our website.Tracy

Recall email for Patient requesting appointment give more information
We need more information when a patient clicks the button in automated recall messages to quickly determine which patient has requested to be contacted to schedule an appointment. At the moment, we only get a first and last name. But we have quite a few John Smiths, so having the phone or email in addition to the name would be very helpful!

every type of message needs a status for filtering purposes
Currently, the user is forced to receive message notifications in a certain manner: If no tag is selected in notifications then the user sees every-single-notification for birthday reminders, untagged text messages, reminders, etc. This is quite overwhelming. And to say that it is overwhelming is an understatement. Though productivity has increased, the stress level in our office has gone up significantly since initiating Weave. I think that every single notification type deserved a status (review, birthday, reminder, etc.) and the user reserved the right to turn it on or not. More ways to send payment link
I think there should be a way to enter in a number to text to if it isn't on their account, or be able to choose other options from their account like an email.
For example I have a patient who doesn't want his cell phone in the cell phone field because he doesn't like notifications so we put it in his work phone field. But when he called in a wanted the link texted I had to enter it in that field and then wait for it to refresh into weave and then remember to remove it after I…1 vote -
Populate ALL Same Name Patients
When we search for patients with the same last name only a few options come up. We would like to see ALL patients with the same last name.

Numbers in dentrix in weave
Please fix how the weave program chooses a name for a number in dentrix. We are constantly sending forms to patients and it will "choose" a name and send the form to that person, even if they are younger, a child, or non-patient.

Birthday List
I need the birthday list to highlight the name I'm on and stay there between calls so I don't loose my place. It scrolls back to the top of the alphabetized list after each patient I help and then I have to scroll through the entire list again.

Numbers aren't for everyone?
I think it would be a great idea if all Weave users could not look at analytics part of phones. Sometime a team has a hard time with calls being answered by certain team members and not others. They do not take other things into consideration that managers/supervisors with admin rights do.

Remove the option to select the number to text
With the new update when you clock the messasge icon to text a patient you now have to select which number to text, home or cell and I think it just adds steps to the process as you can realistically only "text" a mobile number.

Move/Choose the location of the Weave Pop-Up
Right now, when Weave pops up -on my screen, it blocks the x box and other features of Cornerstone that I need to access. I find myself quickly ignoring the feature so I can access Cornerstone information and get the appointment set, ect.

Links not copyable anymore
You eliminated the ability to copy links in text to pay and forms. This is a big deal. I know there is a work around with forms, but the text to pay is a problem. There are many times we need that outside of Weave and now can't access. The reason it was great for forms is sometimes patients want us to email links for each family member all at one time to the Head of the household. Now we can't.

scheduling
We are current using the application for our clients to request appointments online. Right now, Weave only allows a client to request 3 specific times for their appointment at our chosen increments. This leads to a lot of appointments being requested that are not available on our schedule. Since Avimark does not have Weave integration at this time, it would be much easier to have clients request a date and a range of times that would work for them. This way we won't have to constantly reach out to them if their chosen times do not work.

Appointment confirmation texts with questions
Appointment confirmation texts – when patients respond 'yes' to confirm their appointment, their text message gets archived into the ALL folder rather than actionable, which is great. BUT if they type 'yes' and add a question, the message also goes into ALL and we miss the question. If the patient types a “?” it should be coded to directly go to actionable.

Avimark Online Scheduling Deepened Integration
Please consider fully integrating with Avimark software. Currently, it is not linked to our clinic's schedule. Integration would make the online scheduling feature more user friendly.
