Email confirmation notification
There should be a way that we can see who confirmed via email. Maybe an email confirmation directly to our inbox instead of just having the confirmation in patterson. this will help to see who actually received the emails

Payments
When a patient calls to pay their bill over the phone, is there a way to add a button or link we can click to take us to Payments? It's a lot of extra clicking to go from the screen that is there when the person calls to generating the Payments screen.

Restore original search function
The latest update to the search function of weave is not a useful addition. Working in an office I can say that I don't need a quick link to settings, I find it cumbersome to have to click "see more" and retype the patient I was trying to search. If there is a way to turn off this feature I would like to do so.

Sending PDFs through text and email
We can not send PDF's to our clients through text messaging..only images of pictures we take. Please make the text messaging capable of sending PDF documents.
We can not send attachments with emails. For us, this defeats the purpose of sending an email. Please allow for PDFs to be attached to an email.5 votes -
Auto Post for Credit Card Payments
Good Morning,
We are new to Weave and love most of the features. It would be really helpful and save some extra steps if the credit card payments would auto fill into the Eaglesoft account. Before moving to Weave, we used Best Card and they are really trying to get our business back, they currently have the auto fill feature for credit card payments. It would be great if you could add that feature also.

Sync time stamp
We need a time stamp to show last sync date and time. The previous company we used for reminders - SolutionReach - had this feature. With Weave, we have to wait and discover that messages are being sent out and there's been a few time where it wasn't working for weeks and it took us a week to even realize!

2-Way intercom between groups of phones
We really need a way to intercom between groups of phones. We need our front desk group to be able to 2-way intercom with our treatment area group. We had this with our previous phone system and it saved us so much time. It was a huge disappointment that it isn't possible with Weave.

Fax OVERHAUL
This fax system needs a complete overhaul. Medical office have no option for the common HIPPA compliance notification. This has to be done every time a fax is sent. Impossible to get large faxes to send. Cannot search for fax numbers sent or received in the desktop app. Cannot name common used fax numbers for future use, or store then for this purpose. It seems like the bare minimum

Take out inactive members from birthday wishes
The happy birthday messages are sent to all patients, including inactive as the default setting. The default setting should not include inactive. We have had family members upset that they have received best wishes for their family members who are marked deceased in our EMR.

Who answered/placed the call visual
In the past under the patients phone number it showed who answered or made the phone call which was extremely helpful. But NOW it shows our telephone number. (we do not need to see our phone number) We have to click on the number to see who placed or answered the call, when it would convenient to see who answered the call over seeing our office phone number. This changed with the latest update and what we see on our call log should be available to us via the settings to make these changes ourselves.

Do not like the new update with the app timing out
With the new update, the app logs us out after so many hours. Once that happens we have a hard time connecting to the credit card terminal. It is very frustrating when you have a patient standing in front of you and you cannot process there card. Please fix this issue, I understand that it was done for security purposes but it is very frustrating for our office to not be able to take a payment after treatment has been completed.

Better Fax System
We are not really please with the fax system you offer, this system adds more work and does not make the flow faster. for our office we have to send medical documents which can easily go over the required data limit. and some case file have to be in only one transmissions due to having a Case ID number. our old system we would put all the papers in our fax machine type in the number and send. yours we have to scan the documents, save them to a file, open your fax system type in the number, add the…

Fix pop up window so we can see all the message, or resize it.
Fix your software. The message pop ups cannot be resized and right now I cannot respond to patients because only have the chat window shows up. Your support has no idea how to resolve this and recommended we send you some feedback about it.

Call Analytics Available to Administrative Users Only
Call volume analytics are available to all users, not just for those with administration rights. That poses a problem between team members when they can see each other's productivity. Leaders need to be able to view and dig in so they can coach but it should not be available to every staff person.

Phone Tree Report
Would it be possible to have a report in the phone analytics that was broken down by options in the phone tree? For example, it showed the amount of calls that went to Option 1, how many of those were answered and how many were missed.
