  1. Pause phone recording when taking credit card numbers over the phone

    We have an issue with PCI compliance with credit cards if a patient calls in with their credit card number over the phone. This creates a security risk. I can think of a couple possible fixes for this. First, an option to pause the recording while taking the patient information. Second an option to just turn off the recording for a particular phone call. Third an option to press a button to introduce white noise into the recording while taking the information.   2. 2-Way intercom between groups of phones

    We really need a way to intercom between groups of phones. We need our front desk group to be able to 2-way intercom with our treatment area group. We had this with our previous phone system and it saved us so much time. It was a huge disappointment that it isn't possible with Weave.

  4. Message templates on phone app

    It would be very helpful if the message templates were available when using the app on a phone. Several of our staff use phones exclusively, and access to those templates would increase their productivity and consistency.

  6. Take out inactive members from birthday wishes

    The happy birthday messages are sent to all patients, including inactive as the default setting. The default setting should not include inactive. We have had family members upset that they have received best wishes for their family members who are marked deceased in our EMR.

  7. Texting automated messages to multiple numbers

    Sacksteder Orthodontics would love it if we could text multiple numbers with automated messages. When both parents of a patient want to receive automated texts, we cannot accomodate them unless we manually text the second parent.

  8. Who answered/placed the call visual

    In the past under the patients phone number it showed who answered or made the phone call which was extremely helpful. But NOW it shows our telephone number. (we do not need to see our phone number) We have to click on the number to see who placed or answered the call, when it would convenient to see who answered the call over seeing our office phone number. This changed with the latest update and what we see on our call log should be available to us via the settings to make these changes ourselves.

  10. Earlier appointment time in reminder

    We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

  12. Better Fax System

    We are not really please with the fax system you offer, this system adds more work and does not make the flow faster. for our office we have to send medical documents which can easily go over the required data limit. and some case file have to be in only one transmissions due to having a Case ID number. our old system we would put all the papers in our fax machine type in the number and send. yours we have to scan the documents, save them to a file, open your fax system type in the number, add the…

  13. Phone Tree Report

    Would it be possible to have a report in the phone analytics that was broken down by options in the phone tree? For example, it showed the amount of calls that went to Option 1, how many of those were answered and how many were missed.

    It would be nice if we are able to adjust where the pop up notifications is on the screen. Having it in the upper right hand corner is not ideal.

    Could there be a way to just set up a text widget separate from the scheduling widget?

    I would like to be able to have our team communicate easily with those reaching out via our website but not have to go through the setup of the scheduling widget.

  17. YEAR ON SAVE THE DATE

    We are scheduling patients out 6 months and since the year is not on there the click to add to calendar is not putting in the months that are in 2022! We need this fixed ASAP! If a year tab could be added to our auto reminders and save the date texts that would be awesome! SOON PLEASE!!!

  18. Add Download Feature to Voicemail Tab

    Many of your competitors have phones or software that allows the users to download the audio file of voicemails left or for the audio files of the voicemails to be emailed either to the email of record for the account or to be forwarded by email. Is there any way the development team could add a feature to the desktop and/or mobile apps on the voicemail tab of the Phone where you can download the message? It is great that we can call support and they can send it to us, but it is not a productive use of time…

  19. Filter "Undeliverable" Text Messages

    With the new text message update, we are receiving "undeliverable" messages back from those numbers who have opted out of texts. This bogs down our messages. Every day we are weeding through 80+ messages that are "undeliverable" because they have opted out of texts, all while new texts are coming through. It is overwhelming. If there was a way to set up an automatic filter to filter those messages out so that we can take care of the more important messages, (cancellations, ordering, etc.) and get rid of those as we have time, that would be helpful.

  20. Missed appointments receiving a thank you for visiting text

    1. The patients are currently receiving a text message stating "Thank you for visiting Belk Eye Clinic ...."even though they have missed their appointment and they were not seen that day. Is there anyway to turn off that feature even though it is generated an hour before their appointment. We will not know if a patient misses their appointment until that appointment time has passed. It just looks unprofessional on our part when we thank them for visiting and they never showed up for their appointment. Please address this issue. Thank you.
