  2. Eaglesoft INCONTACT compatibility

    WE can't even use the list in weave for people that need to be contacted after their 6 months is up. INCONTACT must be the only source for a list of past due patients for teeth cleaning. lists currently do not read Eaglesoft after they are scheduled or contacted. some are dead, some are inactive. please write a program for eaglesoft to send the incontact list to your list of past due for cleaning or past due.otherwise list is useless its too much manual intervention that we don't have any time for . Thank you

  3. Failed fax notification

    It would be helpful to have a notification pop up (or a red alert on the fax icon) if a fax fails so we can deal with it promptly. We send a lot of faxes and I don't want to have to check the Sent folder and scroll down each time to see if it sent.

  4. Tracking Appointment Reminders way of Email vs Text

    What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
    Appointment reminders via email are difficult to track, if not impossible. The office would like to know how patients are confirming - whether it's via email or text and see the confirmation in Weave.

  5. Bring back ability to add lunch hour in desktop app

    You used to be able to quickly and easily add a lunch hour in the weave desktop app. After the "update" you can only do it through the portal and logging in there as an admin. This is inconvenient and frustrating. Please bring it back as we change ours often depending on the day.

  7. Save the date text

    Hi! We schedule patients to see the hygienist for a cleaning and then a second appointment right after that to see the doctor for either an exam or fillings or something else. Sometimes a patient was scheduled for a cleaning 3 months out and then later decides to also see the doctor afterwards to complete treatment. In both cases, the patient is getting a 'save the date" text message right after the appointment's are scheduled. The problem here is that the patient is getting two "save the date" messages... one for the first appointment and then another for the second…

  8. Choose folder for insurance verification reports

  9. Team Chat: Mark as Unread

    It would be helpful if a team member could read a message, then mark it for follow up. Sometimes we just don't have time to take action before many more messages come through, and then we have to sift through the messages to find the ones that need action.

  10. Insurance Verifications Write Back Benefits

    It would be extremely helpful for the Verifications to write back the benefit information it populates back into the Patients Chart in Practice Management Software. Even if it was just Maximums, Deductibles and percentages.

  12. Fax sorted by fax dialed, not incoming fax number

    Since weave doesn't sort anything by department (yet another idea), we have 15 fax lines coming into one practice. Incoming faxes are listed by "incoming fax number". That doesn't help identify what department/fax number was receiving the fax. We get over 100 faxes per day. It would be nice to identify what department was supposed to receive it - either by listing the fax number, it was sent to, or allowing user to change the "name" of the fax number.

  13. Email Marketing Suggestion

    1). Weave needs to add a marketing role within the users roles so that offices can have a third party assist with the marketing and to avoid HIPPA violation. No access to patient file just emails.

    2.) There needs to be a image inserts option on the campaign template where the "Content for your email goes". Having to just put one images a banner does not work.

  14. Update Patient Name on an Invoice

    ConfiDental Beverly Hills, s00091152, would like to be able to edit the patient a payment was processed under. For instance, if the correct card and email were used in a payment, but the wrong patient's name was selected, there is no way to correct the bookkeeping side of that. Office has to refund and start over or make note of it.

    Ability to see which weave user opened a fax, text, or online appointment request. This will allow managers and other employees to ensure accountability of any faxes or messages that are incorrect or opened but not responded to

  17. Email Marketing Improvement

    Marketing emails need to not go to spam for gmail accounts. There is a way to avoid it on other platforms (ie Demandforce). Also upload email accounts from the office software so that you don't have to upload email addressed manually each time.

  18. Overdue patient filtering

    Please allow filtering of the overdue patient list by location and patient status. We have a long list of patients from both offices merged into one and some have rejected treatment, or are not in active treatment. If we could filter patient status, we would more easily work through the list without having to look up each and every chart.

  19. Password Saved in Username

    First of all, why do I have to go through a separate email verification to create an account for feedback when I already have a weave account and am logged into the app? Second off all there is no way to clear the suggested username in the weave app. So if any team member accidentally enters their password into the username field, it is saved there and they have to change their password. This issue needs to be resolved to maintain security of patient information, because sometimes less tech savy staff have their passwords saved in the username suggestions without…

  20. phone analytics

    Hi there, we would like to see a feature for phone analytics section to differentiate normal calls vs duplicate calls. For example: patient calls the office and no one answers. Same patient calls back again in 5 seconds. Is there a way to see those and remove them from the overall incoming numbers received to get more accurate stats? Thank you.
