Phone recording update
Since weave has update, I have not been able to fast forward through a phone call recording. This is very inconvenient when all I need is a small part of a conversation. Please fix this feature. Thank you

Print lists
A way to print of any of the lists in the desktop software. That would be amazing, please.

MOBILE VS DESKTOP
Would be nice if the desktop and the mobile app had the same capabilities. You can see who you are sending a bulk message to and can click the patients the that you want to exclude on the mobile app but not on the desktop. You can create message templates on the desktop but not on the mobile app.

Overdue Patient List FILTERS - FIX PLEASE!!!
Please make the filters on the overdue patient list save-able!!! It is tedious and a waste of time to have to re-select the recall types EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please fix this!

Stop changing our system info when form is submitted
HELP! We are sending out links to parents for children appointments and when the info comes back to us it is changing the parents info to the childs automatically. Example- we send Mrs. Susan Smith DOB 10/12/2000 a text to fill out a health update for Maria her child DOB 2/22/2021. When the form comes into our system it has changes Susan's name to Maria and her birthdate to Maria's. We have to send links to parents' phone numbers- is there a way around the form changing our system info??

Online Scheduling Improvement
The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.
Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.

Dynamic fields for Reviews
In the review message, it doesn't allow me to link my patients' names in the message. But the reminders do. Feels a bit wired. Maybe the development team can add this feature in.

Online Forms
It would be nice from the desktop and phone app to be able to access forms. Access forms and then choose patient that needs it, and have them sign via ipad in office. Some patients are not literate on phones or don't have smart phones. If forms would open in app and not have to be emailed or texted this would solve many additional clicks and steps.

AVIMark Integration Improvements
I was just on a call to get my integration set up along with all the appt and recall reminders and online scheduling. After seeing the exacts, I am not able to move forward.. My current reminders/recalls/scheduling is fully integrated and even though the platform isn't as user friendly for me, it is better for my clients. Sending clients a "you are due for an appointment please schedule" but not being able to tell them what all they are due for to schedule it accordingly without sending 6+ text messages/emails is not ideal. Scheduled Message
It would be nice to be able to schedule messages to our clients individually who are coming in. We are a vet clinic and we like to remind certain clients that are coming in to bring a stool sample or to pull food the night before. These messages usually go out when we are close just to make sure they get the reminder before coming in. We also have very forgetful clients who need extra communication and reminders about their appointment, so having this tool would be very helpful.

Detailed Missed Calls Report
Detailed breakdown of missed calls. Right now under phone analytics it just shows a percentage of how many of your total calls are missed. We would really like to know the breakdown of that percentage. Like what extensions are missing the most calls.

I think it would be a wise feature to be able to record extension to extension calls. We thought this feature was part of weave but apparently its not. Would like to see this implemented.

Payments
Hello! I was chatting with Sadie on the chat and asking about some options on payments.
She mentioned that there is no direct integration of the payments with Open Dental. It would be awesome if as soon as we took the payment, it would show up in the patient account on Open Dental. I was hoping to make a recommendation that that integration would be really helpful!

WEBPT Integration
