Templates
I would like to be able to customize the "custom" templates. I would like to change the names to fit the messages, as well as the option to add more templates.

Voicemail Transcription
Please add voicemail transcription, due to our high volume of voicemails it is a. huge time saver and a musthave for us.

Ability to Edit Fax Directory
I love the new fax contacts, but unfortunately as I was putting in one of the contacts i added the wrong number. I contacted weave help to see if there was anyway to change the contact after it was created and Michelle informed me that it can not be changed right not and to submit feedback in hopes that it would be added soon. Please add editing or deleting current fax contacts! it would be extreamly helpful! Thank you

When texting clients, we need to be able to chose or message multiple numbers from their account to reach all members of the family.

See reviews sent/reviews done
A way to know who we have sent reviews too and then to know if a patient has left us a review. Makes it hard to verify who we have sent reviews too already.

Automated Texts/Emails to Patients that No-Show
In a busy (or short-staffed) practice, it is difficult to stay on top of patients that no-show their appointments and it would be nice to have a way to set up an automated text/email to any patients that no-show requesting that they contact the office to reschedule. This seems fairly straight-forward to set up within the auto-reminders feature. Thank you! - Dr. Bates

Resize Weave desktop app
Is there anyway to expand the weave desktop app? My staff and I, especially the front office users, would love and appreciate being able to make the app fit to the screen size of our monitors.

Pulling Report of Opt-Outs by date range
Would love a feature that allows us to pull a report to show all patients who have opted out of text messages.
Patient name, date they opted out, etc.I believe you can only see the current or past week of undelivered messages and those who have opted out. If we could see an all-time list, that would be helpful for our in-office systems.

Get rid of billing address for manual card entry
The new addition of requiring a full billing address makes processing manual card entries much less streamlined that previously. It seems like an unnecessary addition to a process that involved already asking multiple back to back questions.

Task management function
The follow up function is a great feature but it applies to patient follow ups. There are many tasks/follow up items that staff members have to manage. Many of these are generated in team chats. However, there is no way to capture and aggregate them in Weave. This is a big miss/big opportunity. A simple integrated task management application would be a great help and big differentiator for Weave. If tasks could be linked by staff member and patient that would be ideal. But, any task management function would be a big help.

Fax OVERHAUL
This fax system needs a complete overhaul. Medical office have no option for the common HIPPA compliance notification. This has to be done every time a fax is sent. Impossible to get large faxes to send. Cannot search for fax numbers sent or received in the desktop app. Cannot name common used fax numbers for future use, or store then for this purpose. It seems like the bare minimum

Block Number SMS
We have been receiving a spam text from an odd number every day at the same time for awhile, and we would like to suggest giving us the ability to block a number. Or if it would be possible for your system to filter out spam, that would be wonderful

More Efficient
When we use lists to do recall texts, there are several things that are frustrating. 1- If I text someone that they are past due for their cleaning, it will shoot me back up to the top of the entire list and no longer have the filter listings I had in place. 2- The filters are not always accurate so I still have to investigate if they are truly past due. If I have a filter that I only want prophy, I still get a mix of srp, new patients, etc.
It would be so awesome if the recall usage…

Make text messages editable when you send new patient paperwork
The current text message says "Hello and welcome to....Click on the date to save this to your calendar." However, the link is not a date and is in fact our new patient paperwork and we cant change it! Parents do not click the link because they don't know its paperwork!
We need to edit this text message so that we can tell parents the link is to our paperwork that they must have before they come to the office. This really defeats the purpose of this feature...

Forms Customization
With the new forms addition, the function to edit the text/font would allow us to customize emails to make them look less like "Spam." We could use the company logo on the forms on the email as well to make the email more professional.

We need to be able to text a filtered group of patients-Solution Reach offered this-we used it to fill same day cancellations and need this!
This is a necessary option for communicating with a specific group of people on an urgent matter such as filling our schedule. I can't believe this is not an option. This is really necessary in an environment where most offices are running with limited staff, we would be able to fill any empty appointments in a few minutes by sending a group text to recall patients stating we have an opening at such and such time today and asking them to respond to the text-our patients appreciated it

Pre-populate the patient information on a manual credit card payment. It takes WAY too long to make a payment.
Manual Credit Card entries take way too long. You already have all the patient information, yet we still have to manually enter it. It should have an option to pre-populate the field.

Take out inactive members from birthday wishes
The happy birthday messages are sent to all patients, including inactive as the default setting. The default setting should not include inactive. We have had family members upset that they have received best wishes for their family members who are marked deceased in our EMR.

Broken hygiene appointment fill in
Lighthouse has a great feature that automatically generates a patient list (off of continuing care) for contact to fill in broken hygiene appointments. It is a fantastic feature that makes filling hygiene openings very efficient.
