  6. Analytics Missed Calls vs Abandoned Calls

    May we please separate abandoned calls from missed calls in analytics. It is quite frustrating, having to cross reference what our actual number is in our missed calls. We thought we were having a higher number of missed calls when that actually was not the case. For some reason when there was a software update WEAVE ANALYTICS chose to intentionally count caller abandoned calls as missed calls. May we please get those analytics separated? Since the callers that are abandoning are not receiving a missed call text. Please contact me if there are more questions. My direct line is 915.778.4681…

  7. online scheduling

    Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

  8. More Efficient Call Tree

    The call tree system, as it stands, is completely inefficient. Requiring an admin to add a user to the call tree is just adding extra steps. Why not allow normal users to add themselves to a phone tree? In addition, make this feature usable from the desktop app rather than the admin portal.

    Companies with multiple locations would benefit greatly from this flexibility.

  10. Integration with EHR

    I have been using Weave for many years now but it does not integrate with my EHR, My Vision Express. I was told initially that Weave was working on getting integrated but it has not happened. Can you please work on getting integrated with My Vision Express?

  11. Text to pay expiration notice

    Text to pay invoices now expire after 30 days. Is it possible to have some sort of notification for us if it expires unpaid? That would be more useful than having an extra 30 or 60 days- if they haven't paid by 30 it's not likely they'll pay by 89!

    our practice needs to be able to customize the " greeting" of the forms that we sent to our patients like the Medical Update forms and New Patients forms.. What is there now is generic and I have to alter everyone I send

  13. Users Allowed Too Many Permissions as Team Members

    Team Members should not have the ability to edit call blocking, device settings, hold music, media library, voicemail boxes, voicemail override, phone trees, etc. or there should be a type of user that is allowed use of the phones only, not the ability to change these items. One disgruntled employee, and this could all be maliciously changed without anyone being the wiser until someone (probably a caller) noticed. Admin privileges should be required to change items that could adversely affect the business image.

  17. overdue account

    I created a ticket to have the overdue balances looked at, 0-30 shows up as overdue and it should not. I sent a collection text to a patient that was here a day or so ago and noticed it says overdue balance. It should only say that if
    it is past 30 days, not day after someone was here. It is embarrassing to us and the patient. It was suggested to send this to feedback. Hopefully this can be given high priority attention, as you can imagine the patient was offended. See attached screenshots of someone's account from yesterday.

  18. For the hold music to pick up where it left off

    Adding the option for the hold message to pick up where it left off when clients are repeatedly put on hold. That way the client is constantly heading the first 20 seconds.

  19. Forms annual renew auto-reminder for patient/customer info

    The ability of the Forms system (could be toggled on or off) for an auto-reminder/form to automatically re-send after a year or two has lapsed since the patient last filled out their patient info/medical history packets for all active patients.
