    I would love a feature where you could purge automated messages from a previous year so when looking at a patient's messaging history, it is more streamlined.

  2. Fax Suggestions

    If faxes that are not completed could save drafts that would be awesome! Most of the time when we are sending a fax and the phone rings the fax that was started gets kicked to the curb. If they were saved with the cover letter/notes that were already started and or attachments that have been added and then saved as a draft, if not sent before the next call comes in.

  3. Unread/un-listened to voicemail report

    Add functionality to generate an unread/un-listened to voicemail report for all phones in the Phone > Devices list in the Weave Portal & allow it to be automated to run at a set time daily.

    Anecdotally, our company has issues with certain employees not listing to/responding to voicemails in a timely manner and we'd like to be able to track that more efficiently than having to walk to each phone and counting how many unread/un-listened to voicemails there are.

  4. Payouts Summary and Filters

    Collins & Sampson Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, s00128522, asks that we add a summary to the top of Payouts like the one at the top of the Invoice & Payment Summary tab. The totals change based on the filter used. Right now, the Payouts Totals do not change if I filter to see all of June's payouts. This would be extremely helpful so book keepers can balance every month. Their old system did a monthly payout summary. Please advise. Thank you!

  5. QR Codes on statements

    -first, it is really silly that i would have to create a new log in to leave feedback. That seems like more work.
    -Second, I would like to put a payment QR code on my statements that go out to patients. This would bring them directly to weave for payment. Is this possible?

  8. Appointment Reminder

    Please enable the appointment reminders to auto-fill the location address depending on which office they go to with an "Address" pre-fill button. For example, if a patient has an appointment at office A, if will auto-fill that locations address. If the patient has an appointment at office B, it will auto-fill that address. That way I don't need to create a separate appointment reminder for each location.

  10. Need Access to Message Archive!

    Today a staff member accidentally hit "Archive" on a client text message, but did not see who it was before doing so. I reached out to Weave support and was told that there is no way to undo or restore archived messages and we would have to know the clients name or number to find the message. Not only do we not know who it was, but we get messages from existing and non-existing clients for booking, cancellation, questions, etc. so regularly on a business day that there is absolutely no way to surmise who it might have been.     1-Your writeback use 4 identifiers First Name, Last Name DOB and Mobile Phone # in Kiosk Mode.
    Some of our elderly pt's do not have mobile phones but this a required field in the "Verify Identity" fields.
    How do we work around this when using the Kiosk?

    it would be much faster for our team (who all take payments) to be able to see on the desktop app what card type was used per text to pay payment received instead of the extra step of opening the admin portal and searching there. less chance for error when inputting payments into our database.

    Our EHR maintains a list of physician office contact information as well as patient contact information. It would be incredibly helpful if Weave integration could sync the former in addition to the latter so that the most recent physician contacts can be pulled automatically rather than updated manually via CSV upload in the online portal.

  14. short cut to crystalPM

    I would like to be able to access crystalPM direclty from weave app. eg. someone calls and I can click on the name and the pts acounts opens automatically in crystalpm. Currently I have to copy paste the acct number or the phone number into crystalpm in order to achieve the same reuslts. Very tedious. thank you

  15. Multi-Location Chats

    We have 5 locations and MANY of our employees work in multiple locations. It would be much easier when I am trying to send a chat message to John Doe, if all of my locations were linked so that regardless where John Doe is working he will see my message. Currently I have to change the location and try to figure out where he is logged in for the day and the keep myself logged in to that location until I get a response from him.     The campaign feature has a lot of issues. I really want to use the campaign feature as a way to contact patients via email and phone (right now only email is an option). In addition, every single time I set up a campaign, want to exclude everyone who already has a hygiene appt. I have tried a million ways to make that happen, but it seems that patients that already have appts are still getting the emails and it is confusing.

    Make system more user friendly

    New patient forms all come as one and are placed under medical history... then need to seperate to all the different catagories IE pt registration, hippa, medical history , insurance ect
    MConsent put completed forms in correct catagory
    If pt name changes - Weave changes name in system with no way to know what the previous name was, as listed in our submitted form column
    New patients are completing six forms then when signing are being kicked out and info wiped out.

  19. Become more user friendly!

    New patients are getting kicked out while filling out forms. That is very frustrating to them and does not look good for us. I was told by one of your employees that they cannot refresh the page because that will cause that to happen. You need to make this more user friendly, not all patients are computer savvy, nor should they have to be. Open Dental and mConsent are so user friendly that even my mom (75 years old) was able to use it.
