Combine incoming forms?
Can we not have all the incoming forms on the dashboard combined? We are having to search through three different folders to find patient paperwork (with write backs, without write backs and the inbox which shows older incoming forms). We would prefer to have them all in one folder. We don't need the "needs review", "approved", "rejected" etc. Just one folder :)

Not log us out so quick
The desktop dashboard seems to log us out pretty quickly. It would be nice if it were to keep us logged in longer. It takes us longer to check a patient in when we are trying to find their paperwork.

Cornerstone Integration Problems: Recall Reminders to inactive pets, auto-text fails, status mapping for appts
Recall reminders for veterinary practices need improvement!
1) Weave is unable to recognize patients as inactive, and our clients are receiving recall reminders for pets they no longer have or even worse, their beloved pets who are deceased. I understand some medical offices send the recalls to their inactive patients specifically, but in our practice management system, we have our client accounts, and each client has 1 or more pets on their account. "Active" indicates that they currently have that pet. Deceased pets are classified as "deceased" and there is a third classification of "inactive" for pets they no longer…

TextConnect Widget
Hello,
I spoke with a few representatives regrading the TextConnect widget from Weave. Overall, it's a great feature, but there are a few things that I would like to request as a feature for the widget.
Currently, the widget can't be resized and it doesn't look good on mobile. It takes up a substantial portion of the bottom of the screen on mobile. Can you make it possible to resize the widget?
The widget shows a message that says "Click to send us a message." This is cool and all, but on mobile, again, it takes up a substantial part…

Edit automated message from "Digital Forms Template" button
Hello,
I spoke with 3 customer reps regarding this feature and was told to enter it as a feature request here.There's an automated message that shows up after selecting a form under "Digital Form Templates" on the Weave desktop app. From what I was told by the representative, this field is currently not editable.
Can you please make it possible to edit this automated message after selecting a "Digital Form Template"? We would like to add some verbiage about the office, etc.

Identify "Unknown" Office User in Call Records CSV for users using the weave mobile app
When you export a CSV of call records, the weave system is not identifying the "Office User" utilizing the mobile app, instead it is identifying them as "Unknown", so it is difficult to analyze our call volume by user. We are a fully remote team and using the app and softphone is the norm.

Trigger auto-reminders when appointment is rescheduled
Weave only triggers auto reminders for a new appointment - if an appointment is rescheduled, it does not recognize this as a new appt and auto reminders are not triggered. Please change this so that rescheduled appointments have a Save The Date Reminder go out and continue on with the auto reminder sequence.

Show the patient name
Show the patient name in the notification box when a form has been completed. This made it so easy to know what patient had completed the forms and never should have been taken away.

Weekend Phone Tree
I need to have a different phone tree set up for weekends. Currently, I have to manually switch it out every Friday and every Monday. We have a different person on call on weekends than is on call during the week. If we forget to change it over, the emergency calls are going to a phone that is not in use. As you can imagine, this is a big problem. It seems that it should be easy to automate that.

Automatically Forward Voicemails
Please allow auto-forwarding or re-routing of voicemails. I know calls can be re-routed with instruction sets, but voicemail messages currently cannot. For example, if someone forwards a voicemail to Phone 2689, I want to be able to have that message automatically re-routed or forwarded to a different voicemail box that is actively monitored. We can't remove the ability for someone to transfer a voicemail to an extension that isn't actively monitored, so being able to set a voicemail box to automatically forward or re-route any voicemail that shows up in it would extremely helpful.

Option to Delete Forwarded Voicemails
Please add the ability to immediately delete a voicemail after forwarding it to another phone. I get a lot of complaints from users who transfer a voicemail, they have to go all the way back through the voicemail menus to get back to the voicemail they forwarded to then delete it off of their phone. It would be ideal if immediately after forwarding a voicemail, the user is given the option to delete if off of their phone.

We use Open Dental and The CommLog
We rely on the CommLog in Open dental to keep our team informed of all communication between us and our patients. In using Weave, it would be so nice to be able to put notes in while confirming. And, although there is a place for notes within weave, no one will ever see them. We have been using FLEX for communication for the past couple years and all Flex communications are imported directly into the commlog. Without this integration, I'm not sure we will continue with Weave. It is just too clunky, confirming on the weave schedule and then going…

Omit address
Please omit the address section for card processing. It really slows down the process, especially when entering insurance payments. Previously you could enter the card number, expiration date, and cvc on one line. It WAS a much smoother process. It doesn't appear to be for security reasons anyway. I have had adult children pay for their parent's bill and entered in the parent's address. Processed just fine though the addresses wouldn't have matched. Not sure what the purpose is.

Family appointments
I have multiple families in our eagesoft system that sometimes have appointments on the same day but at different times. They are getting a text with all names stating their appointment start at a certain time even though two may be in the morning and the other in the afternoon. This is very confusing for the guardian and was wondering if there was a way we could have it set up to send out each individual patient with their specific time for their reminder appointment.

Card Holder Name on Terminal Payments
In the card not present payments, the card holder name shows up in the invoice history, but for some reason, with card present transactions using the terminal, the card holder name does not appear. Can this be adjusted so the card holder name shows up in the invoice history for card present transactions?

Be able to track all calls by User (with breakdown between inbound and outbound). They said by extension/phone doesn't work for them.

Payment- Email Option
We are currently able to send text messages to patients when their account has a balance, which we find very helpful. However, we would appreciate the ability to also send the message via email. This would give us more flexibility in collecting payments. Currently, we have been copying the link from the text message and emailing it to the patient, but having a simpler option would be more convenient.
