  1. Identify patients

    We are new to your Weave forms, having switched from mConsent. In mConsent, we were able to identify a patient by their patient number, not just their personal info. Some patients may be on different accounts if they are the policy holder of insurance but want different accounts because of a marriage situation or a child that is under 26, but still on their insurance and want their kid to be responsible for the remainder of the bill.   2. Texting automated messages to multiple numbers

    Sacksteder Orthodontics would love it if we could text multiple numbers with automated messages. When both parents of a patient want to receive automated texts, we cannot accomodate them unless we manually text the second parent.

  3. Email confirmation notification

    There should be a way that we can see who confirmed via email. Maybe an email confirmation directly to our inbox instead of just having the confirmation in patterson. this will help to see who actually received the emails

  4. Fix over due patient list

    We used to be able to work the over due patient lists and after looking at a text thread or sending a text we could click "back" and it would go back to the list that we were working on. Now when we click "back" it takes us all the way back to the "actionable" text message list. Then we have to go home and back to the lists and the one we were working on. It seems very inefficient and I wish it would go back to the way it was.

    Office would like to be able to see who logged in and when on Weave. They would also like to be able to see their own log of this (sort by person/user).

  9. Add Device Name to Call Records

    We would like the Device Name to be added to the Phone/Call Records including the export in the Admin Portal. Currently, you have the "Office User" name, but that is not always true if a device is used by Mutiple staff. We export call records to MS Access to create our own analytics reports until you provide reporting and export capabilities for your existing Analytics.

  10. Add Analytics PDF report and Export Capabilities

    We need the ability to report analytics to leadership that do not use the desktop app and would rather have a report than scrolling through tiny charts. While your analytics are very useful in their content, the ability to report to others is critical to our daily operations.

  11. Email Marketing Suggestion

    1). Weave needs to add a marketing role within the users roles so that offices can have a third party assist with the marketing and to avoid HIPPA violation. No access to patient file just emails.

    2.) There needs to be a image inserts option on the campaign template where the "Content for your email goes". Having to just put one images a banner does not work.

  12. Different Ringtones

    When one phone in the office is calling back to another one (like using the extensions) it would be nice to choose a separate ring for that so incoming calls don't sound the same as when one person is calling back to another.

  14. Do not like the new update with the app timing out

    With the new update, the app logs us out after so many hours. Once that happens we have a hard time connecting to the credit card terminal. It is very frustrating when you have a patient standing in front of you and you cannot process there card. Please fix this issue, I understand that it was done for security purposes but it is very frustrating for our office to not be able to take a payment after treatment has been completed.

  15. Sync all history from Weave to Cornerstone once client profile is made

    We need Weave to attach to the client profile the calls and texts made prior to the client being set up in Cornerstone. For example:

    The client history has the first text at 4:35 p.m. but it was actually at 12:51 p.m. so it's not attaching previous texts and calls to the client history. Her first call to the clinic was at 12:30 p.m. I know that I can scroll back through her messages or as an admin go to the portal to look at call history. But this is not efficient for the staff.   17. When people call and leave a voicemail or text

    When people call and leave a voicemail but also send a text message, could you have a little alert that shows how many voicemails there are and texts. And we can filter the voicemails to look for just that specific number just like the text. That way we don't have to scroll one by one through the voicemails.

  18. Bug: In port number status, a digit is missing from the number to be ported.

    In Settings->Port My Numbers, numbers in the "processing" status are only shown as 9 digits. In some cases, the 6th number is missing. In others, the 7th is missing. For example, If I try to port the number
    8082316000
    what is shown as the pending number is
    808236000 <--6th digit '1' is missing.

    The expected behavior is for all 10 digits to be displayed.

  20. Password Saved in Username

    First of all, why do I have to go through a separate email verification to create an account for feedback when I already have a weave account and am logged into the app? Second off all there is no way to clear the suggested username in the weave app. So if any team member accidentally enters their password into the username field, it is saved there and they have to change their password. This issue needs to be resolved to maintain security of patient information, because sometimes less tech savy staff have their passwords saved in the username suggestions without…
