Trap and log messaging errors
Log messaging errors and allow admins (us) to see them. We have two patients whose recall messages did not go out when other patients did on the same day. Tech support said they have no way to debug this as there are no error logs and that sometimes messages are missed.

Forms language translation
We have many Spanish speaking patients. It would be helpful to have an option for the forms to translate to other languages. This would be incredibly helpful when sending new patient paperwork.

Failed fax
One of our weave team members faxes do not go through. Only she has this problem none of the other team members have this problem with there desktop accounts.

Making Calls through Mobile App
Bluffs Pet Clinic, s00087489. One of the doctors had several issues with placing calls through the mobile app. Pts would hear an echo or the call would drop randomly. Some improvement was made after troubleshooting with an advanced technician, but the echo remains. Wondering if more development can be done to improve the mobile app calling feature. Thank you.

custom batch time on Weave payments
Being able to set a custom time for payment batching is crucial. We are not here after 6pm at night, so to have payments run after business hours means they aren't posted to our practice management system. Then, my bank deposit doesn't match my end of day report.

customize review request landing page
We would like to be able to customize the wording and logo on the landing page weave is providing for review requests. We plant a tree with every review we receive and would like to let patients know #1 that we do this, and #2 how many trees we have planted so far (We would want to update this monthly)

Fix the scheduling campaign times.
When I try to schedule a campaign for next year, I get the message that says "campaign can't be schedule it for a past date".

We need a way to enter payments for customers who are new to our system and not yet syncing into the Weave app.
Please provide a way to process a payment for someone not synced into the weave app! (ie: a new walk-in customer or insurance company paying with card info).

ability to set status to left message if pt doesn't reply to auto reminder
Office would like to be able to have the auto-reminders automatically set the status to 'left message' or 'notified', etc when an autoreminder was sent to patient but the patient doesn't reply.

Payment print receipts
As far as payments go I love that I can email patients their receipts, however, I have some old school patients that want their receipt via paper. Currently I have to log in to the weave admin payment website. Unfortunately there is about a 2 minute Lag before the transaction shows up and is available for me to print. This has to change. There needs to be a print receipt option from the payment screen along with the text or email. I am shocked that this hasn't been addressed before. Thank you.

Sound Notifications
PLEASE we need sound notifications for text and especially chat! When we are busy working, in our software up front, or in with a patient, we have no idea that the pop-ups are there! This in an incredible source of frustration for us & for many other offices that we have talked to

More info on Appointment Requests
It would be very helpful if we had a tab on appointment requests for patients to input additional information, other than their phone number and email address. If we had a tab where patients could input what insurance they have, we could avoid cancelling appointments, and scheduling errors.

Earlier appointment time in reminder
We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

stop quietly disconnecting/logging out!!!
New update logs out in the background, causing tremendous communication issues!!!! Need a VISIBLE warning if the application is going to logout. When working on patients, the app will log out and important office chats are not received. Up front, it will log out and we don't receive texts from patients and don't even know it's disconnected until it causes a communication problem and patient backlog. THIS IS A TERRIBLE DESIGN. PLESE REMEDY!!!!!!!

Save us time
Please save us time. You could have used the same login instead of asking me create a new login.
Also I don't want to delete patients from the quick fill list one b one. If I want to clear the whole list I want to be able to do it in one click.
Also I would love to have more than 2 custom messages.
