  1. Text to pay link ability for new contacts not in the system

    It would be ideal to send a text to pay link to someone that is not yet in the system. The integration times can be long. We are left to keep searching the contact and send deposit link once we find that they are in the system/synced.

  2. Business text line for contacts

    When we create a new contact, please add a text line to put the Business name. It would be especially helpful if we can only put the business name and not have the first and last name required. We use Weave to fax reports to other healthcare providers and it is easier to save the contact information for a clinic rather than a specific doctor.

    With birthday reminders, it would be super beneficial for us to have it pull like the new "appointment reminders" where it uses all numbers on file as we have patients who are children with their parents phone numbers on there. But lots of the parents are split families so we would like the birthday to get to everyone possible!

  7. Have the date range on the filter be open-ended "in the last 30 days" instead of specified

    Right now I have to specify the date range for the patient's last visit, meaning I'll have to edit the filter each time I create a campaign. If it was changed to "in the last 30 days", then I wouldn't have to go back in and change the filter each time I use it.

  8. Scheduled individual messages

    Some messages have varying intervals like medications. In other instances, the office may want to write up a discharge message in the morning and have it send out in the afternoon. Current reminders would send to too many patients, this would need to be individual.

  9. Option for Patient Update Forms

    We considered a solution for our patients who dislike updating forms, which is unfortunately required by law. One idea we had was to provide an option for established patients to forward their most recent form submission and simply mark "nothing has changed" at the bottom of the form or edit the pre-filled information with the updated details, instead of starting from scratch every time.

  10. Activity Monitor (DND/On the Phone)

    Our office uses the call queue feature. When we are unavailable to take calls on the phones that are included in this group we have to use DND to keep calls from ringing through from the queue. A feature that can show other users in the office which devices are on DND vs. On the phone so others calling know if we are on a call or if we are away from our desk

  12. Insurance Ideas

    It would be nice to be able to verify all of patient's insurance if they have more than one! Otherwise, we have to stop & go to that insurance companies website to verify.

    Wish there was also a way to link accounts. Especially if they have three insurances. Since Dentrix will only allow for two dental or medical insurances. We have patients like that.

    I also can't understand that when verify insurances that the system doesn't understand which Delta Dental it is. Like if the patient has Delta Dental of Ohio & it switches it back to Delta of Indiana,…

  13. Search Payments

    It would be great if payments were "searchable". We've run into a few issues where a patient pays over the weekend or a holiday & we don't see their payments. It isn't linked to their account in Weave. We use MacPractice so that may be the root of the issue. We also have problems integrating the Auto-verify insurance & account balance features.

  14. Archive Voicemail records

    I would like to be able to save/archive Voicemails under Client History where the would stay after deleting/removing from the Voicemail box so we keep records especially when a client calls to say they left a voicemail to cancel an appointment we've marked as a no show.

  16. Conflicting appt time reminders

    Weave recently did an updated and ever since then, our patients with multiple appts are getting two confirmation texts with the two different times. Patients are SO confused and usually end up calling to straighten it out OR they just show up at the wrong time because they're confused. Patients just really need to get ONE text with the early time only.

  17. Accessing personal voicemail remotely

    There is currently no way to check personal voicemails from outside of the office. This is one of the most basic of features that is available on every phone system around the world, yet on Weave you can't do it.

    Especially since COVID and remote work became more mainstream.

    The mobile app only allows you to access the office's main voicemail. Why would every staff member need or be concerned with that?

  18. Recall Email Reminders Action Button

    The Action button for Recall Email Reminders says: "Contact Me" and there is no way to change what that says. This should be able to be changed especially because "Contact Me" doesn't sound very professional.

  19. Notification of Appointment Confirmations by Email

    The Weave confirmation system can be unreliable. Patients have told us numerous times they have confirmed via email, but it is not recording the confirmation. We know this because patients get sent a SMS that specifically emphasizes they have not confirmed yet for an upcoming appointment. We use to get emails notifying us of appointment confirmations and while that was a lot of additional email fluff, that suddenly stopped sometime around February 2023 and was replaced with no feature to check on confirmation email interactions.   20. Inventory Management/Item Catalog

    It would be helpful if there were a system within payments that would allow us to keep a detailed catalog of our goods and services and the associated costs.

    For example, instead of keeping a separate catalog of the items we sell and then manually entering the associated charge into Weave payments, having a system in the Weave app that keeps that catalog so when we select a patient, we can select co-pay, deductible, peptides, etc. and the associated cost will automatically be applied.
