  1. Recall Email Reminders Action Button

    The Action button for Recall Email Reminders says: "Contact Me" and there is no way to change what that says. This should be able to be changed especially because "Contact Me" doesn't sound very professional.

  2. Notification of Appointment Confirmations by Email

    The Weave confirmation system can be unreliable. Patients have told us numerous times they have confirmed via email, but it is not recording the confirmation. We know this because patients get sent a SMS that specifically emphasizes they have not confirmed yet for an upcoming appointment. We use to get emails notifying us of appointment confirmations and while that was a lot of additional email fluff, that suddenly stopped sometime around February 2023 and was replaced with no feature to check on confirmation email interactions.   3. Inventory Management/Item Catalog

    It would be helpful if there were a system within payments that would allow us to keep a detailed catalog of our goods and services and the associated costs.

    For example, instead of keeping a separate catalog of the items we sell and then manually entering the associated charge into Weave payments, having a system in the Weave app that keeps that catalog so when we select a patient, we can select co-pay, deductible, peptides, etc. and the associated cost will automatically be applied.

  4. Feature Request: TO-DO list

    I would love for there to be a To-do list feature that I could access from the desktop client and mobile app (For those on the go days). I would be able to put in a task and maybe a due date or a reminder date. I could refer to the list I create to help me organize my day. There are "lists" now, but you'd need to attach a patient to each and not all tasks are for patient accounts, (ie complete accounting report by xx/xx/xxxx).   5. Have a way to set where in the schedule Weave looks for appointments.

    In my office, we tend to keep the appointment booking on the schedule because there are notes on the appointment that we would like to keep. Originally, we would simply move the appointment listing beyond our office hours into what would be a "Closed" time, and our previous messaging system wouldn't send reminders for it. If I were to put it as cancelled in my system, my EHR would delete the appointment and any notes with it.

    Now it seems with Weave, it's sending reminders for appointments after my closing time. I'm fairly certain I did set my office hours…

  6. Easy workaround to integrate Weave with Cloud9 - online scheduling

    Hello,

    Weave isn't fully integrated with Cloud9 online scheduling. But, there is a easy workaround to fix that.
    Problem description: When using Weave online scheduling, it list ALL the available spots from Cloud9.

    Important information: Every appointment in Cloud9 requires the appointment code that describes the appointment type. Weave is capable to extract these codes/information.

    Solution: Weave needs to filter the available time spots codes for New Patients - NP and BC - and eliminate the other codes.
    That's all. One simple filter fixes the integration.

    This solution is applicable to every Cloud9 customer.

  8. Group Texting

    Is there a way to do group texting? An office wants to involve two people from outside of weave in a message, I told him its not really a possibility and tested it with him by sending a group text to the office and to me and it showed up on my phone but not the weave app. Does weave block those or just not have the functionality of it yet?

  9. Custmizable User Roles/Permissions

    Roles & Permissions needs to be customizable. Period. Weave deciding for us what employees should and shouldn't have access to isn't best practice.

    Features in the Team Member role, the lowest permission group you can give someone, has access to way too many options and features.
    Super Admin role should be able to decide which features each permission group has access to in order to customize how their individual office runs.

    Ideally there would be a tab in the dashboard for Super Admins only that can control permission groups with radials or toggles to all features so we can control…

  10. Team Member Permissions

    General Team Member permissions are WAY too broad and inclusive. There need to be better levels of restrictions for a general user who is just answering phones and responding to texts.

    A general user should NOT be able to do the following:

    -Read/Respond to reviews
    -Send Text/Email blasts
    -Edit Reminder settings
    -Edit recall settings
    -Edit Automated messages
    -Create Text to Pay requests

    I am sure there are others, but these are the ones we've faced already in the short time we've been on Weave.

    Office should be able to create their own permission group settings.

  14. Create a default office profile for when users have not signed in yet.

    When a user does not sign in it writes back in the call log incorrectly with the last user that was signed in on that computer. Therefor call logs are not accurate.
    Our office staff do not have set desks so if they are answering a call and they have not signed in yet it assigns the last person who logged in on that computer. Even if they have already logged out.

  15. Pre-tag and filter messages sent from Auto-message rules to be managed in all tab

    The all tab appears to be unmanageable in separating relevant conversations and auto-messages. Auto-messages sent should be tagged with Rule label and hidden until client responds.

  16. Secondary Numbers

    It would be great to have the option to text a secondary number on the account. We have cornerstone and from what I gather, if there is more than on Cellular number on the account you can only text the primary number. All other numbers that are listed under cellular will not show up on weave. You can search the secondary number under weave and the account will show up, but it will not show any numbers other than the primary. Basically what I am saying is please have all phone numbers that are in your PMS to reflect in…

    The photos for campaigns are terrible! Most don't pertain to dental offices or holidays. This is truly having us look into other companies to switch to as we used to use campaigns with practice mojo often and we are not happy with what weave has to offer.

    Happy Holidays! In the "Filter Messages/Tags" secrtion of the desktop app, it would be FABULOUS to change the order of the tags listed so that the most used will be at the top of the list down to the least used?

  20. Appointment Request Response Emails

    On the email reminders that are sent daily for my office, when we receive the response from the patient clicking on the link to request the office contact them, we simply get an email saying "Patient X has requested to be contacted to schedule an appointment." The problem is when I have multiple patients with the same name. There is no additional information on the email for me to identify which one of the multiple "John Smiths" is the one that is requesting access unless I dig into the sent emails and see if I can match someone up.
