    Email campaigns are going to spam folders when sent to Gmail accounts. This is really bad, most of our patients use gmail as their primary email account.

  2. Customize family module for communication purposes

    The family module currently pulls according to what it shows in the office's PMS but sometimes the family will want a different person named as the Person of contact on behalf of their family. It would be wonderful if we could customize their family module in Weave! Especially so that when sending forms on behalf of a dependent through the patient profile you can influence who will actually be sent the link.

  3. Tags

    Tags should be in separate categories and more than one should be able to be chosen.

    Actionable vs Descriptive

    Actionable tags are removed once the action is marked complete. EX: Billing tag is marked complete, the next time the client reaches out, it doesn't have a billing tag, it can be marked as something else.

    Descriptive tags are markers to describe the client. EX: prefers calls, prefers text, difficult client. These tags are never removed and allow the staff to have a better idea how to best communicate with the client

  9. Auto delete landline text notifications ("Send failed: destination does not accept texts - check the number and try again")

    Our messages get so bogged down with auto replies like this. Then it takes our office staff 10+ min just to sort through the auto replies for the day and delete them. There's never a single one that i wish to keep for any reason. Mostly telemarketers and banks trying to get me to borrow money as a business owner. I would love to auto-archive these message to save our staff time/sanity during their day. As our practice grows it just gets worse.

  10. Allow online scheduling to show certain times for certain appointments

    When they select an appointment type, it will only show them appointment time slots for that type. Allow us to modify what appointment times are available for certain appointments.

  12. Appointment Reminders as Preferred Commuinication Method

    Appointment Reminders should automatically be sent as a text or email according to the patient's specified Preferred Commuinication Method. We have a way to select Preferred Communication Method in our EMR (Crystal PM) this should write to Weave. Also, if the first method fails (we send out a text reminder) the should automatically get an email reminder.

  13. Appointment reminders bypass All Messages/ Multi-Select to Archive

    We would utilize the appointment reminders more if there was an option for automatic reminders to not show up in the All Messages tab.

    Because Actionable messages sometimes get lost, we regularly check All Messages and Archive conversations that have been handled.
    When appointment reminders are sent for 160 patients, it really clogs up the All Messages tab. Especially since there isn't even an option to select multiple messages to archive.
    Having to go in individually to archive them is inefficient and time consuming for our workflow.

  14. Tracking Appointment Reminders way of Email vs Text

    What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
    Appointment reminders via email are difficult to track, if not impossible. The office would like to know how patients are confirming - whether it's via email or text and see the confirmation in Weave.

    Is there a way to create Review invitations in spanish? As of right now it looks like the invitations are only sent in English, even to our patients that have Spanish as their preferred language in Weave.

  16. Fax module upgrades

    1.) After clicking the '+' button to generate a new fax form, once you click "Click to Add" it would be awesome if the focus/pointer was in the text search box so you could start typing immediately without having to first click into the box

    2.) It would be amazingly helpful if we could annotate on the incoming faxes so we can prove to an auditor that we did in fact review the file. Currently we have to download the file, annotate and rescan the file before uploading to the patient's record and that defeats the purpose of electronic/paperless modalities

  17. Search patients by date of birth

    It would be nice to be able to search patients by their date of birth instead of their last name in the contacts section in the event of adding a patient manually who may have changed their last name / this would reduce the potential to accidentally create a duplicate profile, especially for people who change their name after getting married.

  18. draft text to be able to be sent from the phone app.. so that you can create them and then send when you are out of the office if necessary

    Sometimes I need to send a text to a Patient but it is either to early or to late or just not the right time, and so I like to have it created on my desktop and then have the ability to send it whenever I need to from my phone app

  19. Outbound Number swapping

    Office is wanting to join Unify and setup a centralized call center that will both receive, make, and transfer calls for all of their offices. But they want their staff members to be able to switch the outbound caller number each outbound call. They don't want to have to call Weave to change the outbound caller # on each device whenever they need to switch #s

  20. additional hold lines for personal holds

    The office would like to be able to manage multiple calls at once. They wanted 3 additional personal hold lines where they could manage 3 separate calls on one phone and be able to swap between them. With our current provisioning offices only have one personal line that is added automatically.
    Using a call queue to handle a larger call flow and cycling between calls using the arrow keys on the phone were both proposed as potential solutions and were shot down as either not the solution they're looking for or too difficult to train on.
