  2. Add Device Name to Call Records

    We would like the Device Name to be added to the Phone/Call Records including the export in the Admin Portal. Currently, you have the "Office User" name, but that is not always true if a device is used by Mutiple staff. We export call records to MS Access to create our own analytics reports until you provide reporting and export capabilities for your existing Analytics.

  3. Add Analytics PDF report and Export Capabilities

    We need the ability to report analytics to leadership that do not use the desktop app and would rather have a report than scrolling through tiny charts. While your analytics are very useful in their content, the ability to report to others is critical to our daily operations.

  4. Email Marketing Suggestion

    1). Weave needs to add a marketing role within the users roles so that offices can have a third party assist with the marketing and to avoid HIPPA violation. No access to patient file just emails.

    2.) There needs to be a image inserts option on the campaign template where the "Content for your email goes". Having to just put one images a banner does not work.

  5. Different Ringtones

    When one phone in the office is calling back to another one (like using the extensions) it would be nice to choose a separate ring for that so incoming calls don't sound the same as when one person is calling back to another.

  7. Sync all history from Weave to Cornerstone once client profile is made

    We need Weave to attach to the client profile the calls and texts made prior to the client being set up in Cornerstone. For example:

    The client history has the first text at 4:35 p.m. but it was actually at 12:51 p.m. so it's not attaching previous texts and calls to the client history. Her first call to the clinic was at 12:30 p.m. I know that I can scroll back through her messages or as an admin go to the portal to look at call history. But this is not efficient for the staff.   9. Bug: In port number status, a digit is missing from the number to be ported.

    In Settings->Port My Numbers, numbers in the "processing" status are only shown as 9 digits. In some cases, the 6th number is missing. In others, the 7th is missing. For example, If I try to port the number
    8082316000
    what is shown as the pending number is
    808236000 <--6th digit '1' is missing.

    The expected behavior is for all 10 digits to be displayed.

  11. Password Saved in Username

    First of all, why do I have to go through a separate email verification to create an account for feedback when I already have a weave account and am logged into the app? Second off all there is no way to clear the suggested username in the weave app. So if any team member accidentally enters their password into the username field, it is saved there and they have to change their password. This issue needs to be resolved to maintain security of patient information, because sometimes less tech savy staff have their passwords saved in the username suggestions without…

  12. Ability to markup fax on iPad and send it back without printing

    There should be a way on the weave mobile app to download/save a fax as a .PDF so we can mark it up on our iPad and send it back without having to print it. This would also require the ability to upload a file from the fax section of the mobile app instead of just attaching a photo or taking one.

  14. Trap and log messaging errors

    Log messaging errors and allow admins (us) to see them. We have two patients whose recall messages did not go out when other patients did on the same day. Tech support said they have no way to debug this as there are no error logs and that sometimes messages are missed.

  17. 2 day reminders

    To whom it may concern,

    We have a new text message reminder being sent out 2 business days prior to patients appointments. Everything works great until Thursday and Fridays text messages not out until the weekend. We would like to figure out a way that we can have them sent 2 business days prior to the appointment. We have a new policy in place that requires all patients to confirm 24 hours prior to the appointment or it is cancelled.   19. Making Calls through Mobile App

    Bluffs Pet Clinic, s00087489. One of the doctors had several issues with placing calls through the mobile app. Pts would hear an echo or the call would drop randomly. Some improvement was made after troubleshooting with an advanced technician, but the echo remains. Wondering if more development can be done to improve the mobile app calling feature. Thank you.
