  1. Ability to pull up client account in PMS from call pop

    When a call comes in, and you get the call pop, it would be great to click on their name and then it opens their account in the PMS. Currently, you have to switch over to the PMS and search for the client.

  2. Turn off messaging for Weekend/Holiday

    It would be nice to be able to turn OFF the ability leave a message on the recorder over a weekend or holiday. We find ourselves coming into several message cancelling appointments on short notice after a weekend or holiday.

  3. Paging Groups Please !!

    Please set up paging groups so we can select which phones we would like to page to for each page, this would eliminated redundant paging with phones in reception that are right next to each other that need to communicate with the the rest of the hospital. Thank you

  4. Call Queue.

    With the new call queue, the phone lines should automatically get put on hold in order of their call. Right now, all the phones ring and will not stop even though the caller is technically on hold, it is very distracting hearing the phones ring and makes us look like we are not helping our clients. It also makes it impossible to use the phone unless you want to answer that call.

    Also, when the receptionist hangs up the phone, the phone should ring right away with the next caller. It is at about a 5-15 second delay right now.

  5. Have the phone line turn red when someone is on the phone only when you have someone on hold

    The phone system should turn the line red when someone is talking on the phone. Having all the lines green when someone from my office is on the phone is not helpful at all. The rest of the staff should be able to see that we are on the phone.

  6. Ability to transfer calls to and from the Weave mobile App

    Just like how the desktop phones have the ability to transfer calls to other desktop phones, there should be a feature where they should be able to transfer calls to mobile app users. And mobile app users should have the ability to transfer calls to other mobile users and to desktop phones.

    How about increasing the amount of data faxes can be. 25m is too small for some files. Sending records that sometimes have more that 10 pages is a hassle.

  8. Voicemail Drops

    This is the idea: we pre-record a handful of standard messages - new patient welcome message, happy birthday message, appointment reminder calls, post op calls (the kind of message that my staff leave 40+ times a day right now).
    Then whichever patients need to be called you just click a button and those messages get dropped directly into the patient's voicemail inbox. Their phone doesn't ring. Our message gets delivered, and it simply looks like they missed our call. I know we could simply text them but I think a voicemail is more personal. This would save us HOURS every…

  9. Have the ability to call and receive calls from US territories (U.S. Virgin Islands)

    We get patients with numbers from all around the united states but we also have patients that have come from U.S. territories and have kept their same cell phone number. We are able to text these numbers just fine but when it comes to calling them, the call cannot go through. Our office is in Florida and we see some patients that come monthly to acquire our services from these U.S. territories and they do not like the fact that we cannot call them regarding their treatments.   10. Emergency Voicemail Solution is Crica 2010

    has your platform came up with a solution for emergency voicemail?

    This is the biggest short coming of the weave platform. Currently, on your app – on mobile or desktop you cannot find these voicemails. They in the nether of Weave somewhere. I can only access it from the email or text that I get on my phone. Then all I get is a phone number. There should be an Icon on the app for this voicemail box.
