With the new call queue, the phone lines should automatically get put on hold in order of their call. Right now, all the phones ring and will not stop even though the caller is technically on hold, it is very distracting hearing the phones ring and makes us look like we are not helping our clients. It also makes it impossible to use the phone unless you want to answer that call.
Also, when the receptionist hangs up the phone, the phone should ring right away with the next caller. It is at about a 5-15 second delay right now.
