  1. Can you please add "Recall Date" to email marketing campaigns.

    I would like to send emails with just "recall date" criteria. You can do it in the weave software. Please do it on the portal. thank you.

  2. Appointment Type Filters by procedure code, not tooth number AND procedure code

    When creating new filters for email marketing, it would be more beneficial to filter appointment types by procedure code, instead of grouping procedures together by tooth number. Also having the option to select multiple procedure codes for filtering appointment types would be much more useful and direct email marketing.

  5. Ability to limit shared voicemail boxes to certain extensions

    Currently the only option for a shared voicemailbox is to share with "everyone". It would be very, very helpful to have the ability to share with only certain users.

  6. The ability to block reminder messages if/when needed

    It would be great if we were able to block appt reminders if/when needed. Example: Our schedule is set up so that each appt is scheduled at a specific time but sometimes we need our patients to come early for testing or later for various reasons so when the reminder goes out it gives them an incorrect time. It would be nice to be able to block those auto reminders and manually send to those patients.

  7. Ability to lock phone ring volumes

  8. Phone Tree in Override

    During an Override, rather than only having the option to forward calls or send to voicemail, the option to have a phone tree for both is preferred. We don't need every call being forwarded to a dr over the holidays, but we do need patients that need urgent help able to get a hold of someone. The old VMO included a phone tree. Now, to be able to achieve what we need, I have to go in and re-record a greeting, create new branches, set it to our closed greeting, and then go in and change our office hours. Then…

  11. Weave online scheduler

    Please allow weave to look at columns when a patient wants to schedule. I don't want a hygiene appointment being scheduled under a doctor column. So please allow weave to look at columns or allow us to assign columns.

  12. Online scheduling improvements

    2 ideas. I use Opendental
    1. Have the ability to easily set office hour/(open/close) for alternating days. My office is open every other Friday and Saturday. There is no easy to do this this time. The schedule is set up open dental but is not used.
    2. Ability to limit the scheduling to only certain operatires. In my office, I have 3 ops/ rows that are used for other stuff. I want to limit the scheduling to only one operatory. This is available on the auto reminder, it just need to ported into the scheduling side.

    All recordings (extension specific voicemails, general voicemails, inbound calls, & outbound calls) should be available for admins to listen to on the Weave portal.

  14. queue

    We would like the phone to only ring every few minutes when someone is in the queue instead of constantly. It's hard to have a conversation with a patient while the phone is continually ringing.

  15. Bulk message overdue patients to fill openings in schedule

    When we have multiple openings in our hygiene schedule, we like to send a message to all overdue patients to offer those appointments and fill the schedule. The Bulk message feature does not filter out overdue patients, and you can't send bulk messages in the Overdue Patients list.

    It took 2 phone calls, and a 30 minute online chat for us to figure out that what my office needs is not an option from Weave yet. It took 2 emails to finally get here, to report some feedback to Weave. This link should be on the help page of website, portal, and or the desktop app. contact us section.

  18. More detailed info on campaigns

    We recently sent out a marketing campaign to our database. Is it possible to get detailed analytics as to exactly which emails should have received it? I see where it shows me a total number sent and opened and clicked on, but not a comprehensive list of the emails....which I need.

  19. Scheduling Override Messaging

    There needs to be an option where Weave allows scheduling for holiday messages to come on and turn off on a specific date & time. There are other apps that I have used that allow for this. It is inconvenient to have to remember to turn the override message on and off. There have been times when you are so busy and hours later you realize that the phones are not ringing. Please add this feature as soon as possible. Thank you!

  20. Patient Statements

    Would love to be able to upload a file from our OfficeMate of patient statements and have Weave print, stamp and mail those statements to our patients that have balances. Currently use another service to do so and it is just another added EXPENSIVE bill.
