1. On-boarding gaps

    The on-boarding process has had some failures. My specialist: Chad Flory is a super nice guy. EVERY time I speak with him he is professional and polite. The problem that I have had virtually EVERY time I reach out to him is that he NEVER responds without me waiting for a response and then contacting my Sales Rep Gabe Anderson. It is either an institutional failure to provide Chad with the tools to manage a heavy case load or Chad just doesn't care enough to look at his text messages. Neither of those scenarios are acceptable. I love the product…
