The placement of the returning forms really needs to be changed. As the office manager, I don't need to see these forms but my employees do... Right now, I have to log on and put them in a shared folder so they are usable... this does not work when i am gone or busy when a patient walks in...
So either the permissions needs to be changed or the location of where they are uploaded into weave needs to change... please4 votes

We have several forms uploaded for patients. I would like to be able to rearrange the most used ones or to even "hide" the ones not used but not delete them so we have them when needed but we dont have to scroll through all the forms that we dont use regularly1 vote
When using digital forms... When they are integrated into Eaglesoft and saved as pdf in smart docs, they should be saved as the form name or packet name that is created instead of random numbers.1 vote
In Form Builder, it would be nice to duplicate a section for Family History of medical and eye conditions1 vote
